Changelog ver. 0.5 (Patreon)
Content
This is a preliminary changelog for version 0.5. It does not include numerous minor changes that are simply not worth mentioning.
◊ Image and scene quality
- Completely redesigned all scenes since version 0.1. Improved lighting, image quality, effects, shadows. Improved poses and angles of scenes. (in progress)
- Two new characters are looking forward to meeting you!
- Reworked all character models for new lighting.
- Reworked locations, lighting.
◊ Gameplay
- The role-playing system has been completely redesigned, I'll leave it to you to study in the game itself.
- Character skills now have multiple levels and have a greater impact on gameplay.
◊ Content
- Slightly reworked some scenes in versions 0.1-0.4.
- New answer options have been added in accordance with the changes in the role system.
- Revised text here and there. Now it should be more fluid.
Version 0.5
- Added a large menu that we will use throughout the game.
- Also a tutorial on how to use it. (Please read it at least once.)
- New content (Spoilers).
◊ Interface
- Redesigned the interface in versions 0.1-0.4 to keep everything in the same style, added sounds and alerts about new events in the game.
- New main menu.
- Added "advanced preference menu", accessible via new button in the menu. Now you can customize the display of various interface elements, as well as the transparency of the textbox, or remove it altogether.
- Toggle the display of icons on the screen (Always/On hover)
- Added text outline, which allows you to play without a textbox at all.
- It is now possible to choose a "short night animation" in the new game settings.
- You can change the name of the character any time now.
- Added hotkeys for the new game menus.
◊ New ingame menus
- Added the first screen with achievements that can already be obtained. As soon as there are more of them, an additional screen will appear. Now there is an incentive to replay and search for the missing content, right?
- Added a screen with information about the character. Here you can track progress to the next level, as well as information on unlocked perks (skills). At the moment, not all perks are available, the rest will appear later when the game progresses further.
- Added a quest log that will help track current tasks. You can also read some hints there if you missed them during the game. At the moment, some quests have been added to the list, but there is still no way to complete them in the game itself.
- Added a journal that will store information about the characters that the player met, as well as the lore of the game. The journal is updated automatically as soon as the player learns new information.
- Added inventory, which contains information about the items that the player currently has.
- Added gallery, although it's abit empty right now... but give me time.
◊ Code
- Reorganized code, as I learned a few tricks to make it more compact.
- Added a shitload of variables and statements for new stuff.
◊ Mini-games
- Redesigned mini-games. I agree with the opinion of people who believe that it is not right to punch players in the face with difficult puzzles right at the beginning of the game.
◊ New game mods
- I listened to the players and added two new mods to the game. You can activate them at any time, this should not create any problems even in the middle of the game.
- Safe mod. As I said earlier, there is no NTR content in the game at the moment. But if you want to avoid anything close to it in the future, then this mod is for you. By activating it, you will not notice any changes in the gameplay, except that potentially dangerous choices will be hidden.
- No mini-games mod. If you are only interested in the story, then activate this mod. This applies to QTE, rock-paper-scissors, checkers and other similar games. All quest games affecting the plot will remain in place.
◊ Game Translation
Added Russian language to the game, you can change it on the home screen or in the settings. (in the process)
