I spent a few days with Sky and Cheyenne in Dénia.

At some point I looked at my car and casually said something like, “we could go wash it.”

I meant it as a normal idea.

They didn’t take it that way.

Next thing I know, we’re at a public car wash and Cheyenne is already turning it into something else entirely. If you know her, you know she doesn’t do anything halfway. And somehow, she brings that out in everyone around her.

I remember thinking… this could go wrong very quickly.

People driving by. Open space. Middle of the day.

And her energy was basically: let’s see how far we can take this.

I wasn’t directing anything at that point. I didn’t want to. I knew we probably had ten minutes before someone complained or told us to leave, so I just focused on documenting whatever was happening in front of me.

Sky was laughing, trying to keep up, Cheyenne fully committing to the moment, and the car… well, the car definitely wasn’t the priority anymore.

It was one of those shoots where the idea is simple, but what happens in those few minutes becomes something way better than anything you could have planned.

And somehow… no one said anything.

🤗 Esta es demasiado buena como para guardármela 😏

Recuerdo mirar mi coche y pensar… sí, le vendría bien un lavado. Lo que no esperaba era que acabara viéndose ASÍ.

Pasé unos días con Sky y Cheyenne en Dénia.

En un momento miré mi coche y dije algo como, “podríamos ir a lavarlo.”

Lo dije como una idea normal.

Ellas no lo tomaron así.

De repente estábamos en un lavadero público y Cheyenne ya lo estaba llevando a otro nivel. Si la conoces, sabes que no hace nada a medias. Y de alguna forma, saca eso también en los demás.

Recuerdo pensar… esto se puede descontrolar muy rápido.

Gente pasando. Espacio abierto. Pleno día.

Y su energía era básicamente: vamos a ver hasta dónde llega esto.

Yo no estaba dirigiendo nada en ese momento. No quería. Sabía que tendríamos unos diez minutos antes de que alguien se quejara o nos echara, así que me limité a documentar lo que estaba pasando.

Sky riéndose, intentando seguirle el ritmo, Cheyenne completamente metida en el momento… y el coche… bueno, el coche dejó de ser la prioridad bastante rápido.

Es uno de esos shoots donde la idea es simple, pero lo que pasa en esos minutos se convierte en algo mucho mejor de lo que podrías haber planeado.

Y, de alguna manera… nadie dijo nada.

España, supongo.
