I’m starting something new here: From the Archives ❤️‍🔥 (Patreon)

This will be a new collection for some of my favorite older shoots, but not just as random throwbacks or “look what I found on my hard drive” posts.

I want this to become a place for the memories behind the photos.

The first meetings. The unexpected moments. The girls who surprised me. The strange little details that somehow stayed in my head years later. The shoots that quietly shaped what I wanted my work to become before I even had the right words for it.

The first post goes all the way back to September 2021, when I met Mica for the first time at Playa Sidi Saler.

Empty beach. Sunrise. A yellow towel. Stupid pool noodles. A girl who did not really look like a model on Instagram, but completely took over the shoot within minutes.

It’s a short throwback story, but it feels like the right place to start.

And maybe, just maybe, this archive is slowly turning into something bigger too.

I’ll tell you more when the time is right.

Estoy empezando algo nuevo aquí: From the Archives ❤️‍🔥

Será una nueva colección con algunos de mis shootings antiguos favoritos, pero no simplemente como publicaciones random de “mira lo que he encontrado en mi disco duro”.

Quiero que esto se convierta en un lugar para las memorias detrás de las fotos.

Los primeros encuentros. Los momentos inesperados. Las chicas que me sorprendieron. Esos pequeños detalles raros que, por alguna razón, se quedaron en mi cabeza años después. Los shootings que, sin hacer mucho ruido, fueron dando forma a lo que quería que mi trabajo llegara a ser, incluso antes de tener las palabras para explicarlo.

El primer post nos lleva hasta septiembre de 2021, cuando conocí a Mica por primera vez en Playa Sidi Saler.

Playa vacía. Amanecer. Una toalla amarilla. Unos estúpidos churros de piscina. Una chica que en Instagram no parecía realmente una modelo, pero que en cuestión de minutos se adueñó por completo del shooting.

Es una historia corta de archivo, pero se siente como el lugar perfecto para empezar.

Y quizá, solo quizá, este archivo también se esté convirtiendo poco a poco en algo más grande.

Ya os contaré más cuando llegue el momento.

Por ahora, From the Archives ha empezado oficialmente.
