Now go back and watch the episode where Kurunai finds out about Asuma, that devastating scene where she just sinks to the ground. She probably knew at that time that she was pregnant with Asuma's kid! It took till this long to really get confirmation of what Asuma told Shikamaru, about who the King is and why its important to protect. Its all the next generation, but specifically Asuma was thinking about HIS kid. His King. Shikamaru is the best dude Naruto can have as a friend.

I’ve seen the show enough times that I don’t cry too much during a rewatch. But Naruto’s line to Iruka, “I wanted him to see me become the Hokage” makes me break down every time.

I think what they might be trying to say is Nick talks over emotional moments like they were happy times, which I don't like either, but at the end if the day Nick needs to be himself and not what people want. Naruto holding the popsicle on the bench crying will always be so sad, it gets me every time. Iruka came at the perfect time for Naruto. He knew about Jiraiya when he asked Naruto if he wanted to get ramen, he tried to cheer him up. You know its bad when Naruto says no to ramen. Also glad Shikamaru was there for Naruto at the end as well. One of my favorite scenes. What a W bestfriend. He's the MVP.

44:06 this basically happened before the start of shippuden so end of time skip (like chat said) when Naruto got older, it isn't filler. Just happened off screen. We're just now finding out that Jiraiya got the outfit for him.

They're saying when he talks over a moment he misses some of the impact sometimes a reactor should react. Meaning let the moment play out then react to it. If he talks over a moment and does not react to it then we miss out on a reaction which is what we are here for.

@Griffith 99% of the time it is just the viewer foolishly assuming he missed something when he didn't actually miss it, though. Just cause he didn't comment on something doesn't mean he missed it necessarily.

I think Sasuke is wildin about slaughtering all of the leaf village but he's 100% justified in killing the elders. I mean he has every right to. What's even more interesting is that Itachi does everything in favor of the leaf, despite the fact that they have been the main oppressor of his clan for generations, yet he's one of the leaf's top loyal shinobi. Sasuke at least makes more sense, you're with your people and against your oppressors.

Right now he's uploading two episodes every other day. When the subathon-stream is up I think (just speculation) he will go back to five episodes a week. It's not like he streams Naruto every day so it will eventually line up. Otherwise be sure to catch the stream, Naruto is not a Patreon exclusive. That's what everyone's been saying to those who couldn't make it to the subathon stream. 🤷🏻‍♀️

nah, because itachi didn‘t just do it for the higher ups, he did it for the whole village. it’s not their fault, but he did it for them. he traded sasuke’s family for the whole village. sasuke is traumatized and had the biggest change of emotions in a few minutes, he was groomed to hate and kill his brother that he cherished so mich only to find out that his brother loved him more than anything else. just for the higher ups but also for every person in the village. we can‘t expect him to be rational about his decisions, it‘s of course the wrong decision but we should absolutely understand him.
