If he watches 18 ep a month (his pacing) it would take him about 9 months when he skips all fillers (135), but he might watch some of them because some fillers are importent and as u know him he likes to strech things out so he has more "content" so i would say at least 12+ months till he finishes Naruto shippuden

Since Nick already seen the Pain arc I'll explain, 21:26 Naruto was practicing his rasenshuriken. That's what he snuck out to do. He then uses it against Pain despite being told by Tsunade he shouldn't use it again yet it indeed helped him during the fight. Now that you know this fact you'll understand and connect the dots now
