When I watched this back when I was around 13, episode 12 was really memorable for me. Not to mention, the sensei is such a badass. Fun fact, the mangaka is a woman. Explains why the women in this show are so well written.

By your logic the men should be badly written. Yet, they're well-made. People should stop focusing on who did what, and focusing more on what they did, whoever they are. A man can write very good female characters and vice-versa as long as there's talent.

From my experience, women r better at writing both. Kaguya sama, attack on titan, and fmab. Obviously it's not a 100% chance guarantee a woman will write all good characters but I think there's some influence in it.
