If you liked this episode then you'll like the upcoming ones even more. To me, this episode is my least favorite of the first half of season 1. It is full of unnecessary fan service and nothing really happens at all. From episode 5 and on it is going to be a coherent progressive story though, a story that lasts longer than just 1 episode. Next week will be great!

I recommend to ignore all the sexual shit because there is a lot of that in this anime and there is only this trope with his sister, it’s always just hinted and i also don’t like it. But its help to just accept that its there and focus on the characters instead of they way the show sexualises them. Try the way you dealt with miteta from my hero or other way you deal with anime shit so you can just enjoy all the good this show has to offer

You know, after watching nick React to this episode. I think I'm just gonna wait for Nick to either. Start reacting to 2 episodes of sword art online at a time. Or wait until he has reacted to the entire anime. And then just binge all his reactions to it. Because I'm too antsy and I don't got the patience. to wait a full week every week, for only 1 episode. I just don't got the patience for that. So I think I'm just gonna try to forget that He's reacting to the show for now and wait until he has more reaction episodes out to this anime because I can't do it. Because I want more. I need more. I bet the motherfuckers who say that the latter half of season 1 is dogshit wil shut up once Nick actually enjoyes it, with his personality I think he'll be able to actually grasp the show for what it is and look past the weirder moments. Bro i could not care less about the "weird" parts. I like it when shows get freaky or weird or taboo. What i have an issue with is the quality of the writing. And the fact that you assume its because of anything else is quite frankly a bad faith argument. You can enjoy the latter parts of SAO. That's fine. But you have to be able to admit that the writing quality of those parts took a significant nose dive. Gun gale was very mid, Sinon was the only saving grace, then you had that sick girl that was some how even better then kirito due to "plot" which is fucking annoying. Then Alicisation comes in and its ok... But the "omg we got through with the power of friendship!" Like it has moved so far away from "Kirito is a bad ass" that it is no longer even somewhat the same show. Its like the new god of war games are nothing like the old ones and are worse off for it.
