Jjk spoiled us, that's why, not just Jjk, but also solo leveling, demon slayer, CSM ect. They simply have higher budgets than fire force. This episode was amazing, but for some people they only expect Jjk level and above.

I think when the scene is static, you should give the audience something else to focus on, Fire Force does that really well, with the sound design, so where there may be lack of movement, your ears are blessed, so that makes less animation more forgiving.

Tbh I think fights with this static shots are better than over animated ones, it makes you appreciate how beautiful the shots are. This fight had god tier everything except for choreography (which was still amazing), which unfortunately is what most people take into account when deciding if they like a fight or not. With that said I still believe this is easily one of the best fights oat

The episode was good, but the quality also dropped massively compared to S1 and 2 of Fire Force, you don't need to compare it to JJK to notice that.

Yeah, that because budget, Jjk grew in popularity since season 1, Fire Force unfortunately didn't, so the drop in quality is because the budget isn't as high as season 1. If you look at Jjk, it done the opposite, the quality grew.

How do you think they pay for the talent? Budget is very important. Talented artists can make a miracle happen in a short time frame, but theses artists cost more. Time is probably the most important element, but studios getting an adequate amount of time to work, is very rare.

Feel like this episode focused on the story and details over plain fast animation, i am kind of glad they kept it fully detailed and did that final violet flash justice imo. It is an episode for the fans that fans should enjoy alot

Yeah, and what’s also rare is them getting properly paid, even more rare than adequate time. Obviously I’m not advocating or saying it’s right I’m just saying they still managed to pull it off with just enough time and if they have the talent.

Why you glazing Pierrot so much? Naruto is the second most sold manga of all time, it has way more budget than fire force, so of course fire force looks cheap in comparison, and Naruto is definitely not the best choreographed...
