Hello and welcome to my NaNoWriMo 2014 project! It's a sort of fantasy/supernatural thing with influences from Inuit cultures and very very very VERY loosely based on Little Red Riding Hood. So vague it's gonna be hard to see. This one's got m/m, f/f, and a very tiny tiny bit of het. Plus matriarchal society and unconventional family structures and odd names so I promise there WILL be PDFs for this, starting with the characters. And honestly, please let me know if this seems vaguely interesting. If no one is reading it then I'm not going to strain myself on this when I have a million other projects to work on. It's very hard for me to tell what people care about anymore, and everything I do on the Patreon is FOR YOU GUYS, so please let me know what YOU GUYS want! Even if you just 'like' this post, that'll help me out.

I like it! I'm really looking forward to seeing where the fantasy/supernatural stuff comes into things.

Teromain

Unlike Tenebrism this is a real prologue, and the real story starts about five years after this. It's from two POVs also, this guy and the woman who doesn't want to do the sex with him, and supernatural stuff starts...kinda soon. I hope it stays interesting!

I've got to admit I am not very interested in this one yet (though I like what you've shown of the characters - I.e confident women aren't present enough in fictions, nevermind in real life + It's kinda rare a story is inspired by the inuit culture) but it can become a really great story. I'll keep reading this one :)

Teromain

Hopefully it'll pick up a bit! This was mostly an introduction to explain a little bit of the mindset and culture of the world, and to introduce the two main characters and what their relationship is. There will be some magicy supernatural stuff coming up soon!

I don't think I've ever seen a far-north themed LGBT fic on the internet, but you've got me intrigued by the setting for this one! Do I sense correctly that this story will be a type of fable?

Teromain

There's Inuit legends sort of twisted up and evolved into something different here, and the SUPER basic influence is Little Red Riding Hood, so it is a mix of fables/fairy tales!

Kevin Wotipka

OMG, I'm super-interested now. Especially now that I know that there'll be a Big Bad Wolf {:D

I am so ready for thiiiiis! I'm very intrigued with the culture you've chosen! As Kevin said, most LGBT fiction features predominately Caucasian people, so I get really into it when it involves native peoples or cultures. I love your writing whatever it is, so I am eager to see how it all comes together. I definitely am interested in this and would like to see more!

Teromain

I juts hope I don't end up being offensive with it! There's a lot of Inuit dialects and tribes from various continents and I'm meshing them all together for names and terms and lifestyles, but it's supposed to be an alternate universe. I hate when people mush all of Asia together, for instance, like there's no difference in culture. I'm glad you're interested so far!

Teromain

There will certainly be wolves involved. Next chapter in fact. :)

Finally got around to reading the prologue. Sounds like an intriguing society which I presume is matriarchal. I guess I need to read more to figure out what this cold lamp is..

Yesssss. This is very interesting. I want to read more. I like this. Okay, this was three years ago. But I still want to say that I like it. If you ever decide to continue this story, I'll be happy to read it. I really want to know more about the sickness that affects the men, and about the wolves... and everything else! Okay, yes. Cool.
