His actually reflects the story a little more, not even just in the title sounding more like the title of the one-shot, but some of the songs are actually sung (by him) during the main story, or if not the exact song then another song by the same band. He sings bit of both song #5 and #8 in the main story, sings a different song by the band in #7, and even if he doesn't sing it, #1 would practically have to be his theme song.  Again, like Saul, Vaun knows popular music and although he might be little more snobbish about some types of it, he likes most of it. This is just the kind of music he REALLY likes and listens to the most, generally spanning the 60s to the 70s. In the main story his roommate Todd does ask him at a point if he listens to anything recorded after the 70s, and he responds by later singing a Bon Jovi song from the 80s.

There are more songs in his playlist than in Saul's, but they're actually about the same length in terms of minutes of music. The title is from lyrics from song #11.
