ヒーロープラン購読済なのですが、昨年12月～今年1月の作品の見方を教えていただけますか？
最上位プランを購入したのに、昨年の過去作品が閲覧不可となっています。プラン料金に見合ったサービスを受けられないので改善方法を教えてください。
ご支援いただき、誠にありがとうございます。
恐れ入りますが、本プランの閲覧範囲につきましては、プラン説明に記載のとおり、
「閲覧範囲：最大で4か月前の作品まで閲覧可能（例：3月の場合、11月の作品まで閲覧可能）」
という仕様となっております。
そのため、現在は昨年12月～今年1月の作品は閲覧対象外となっており、最上位プランをご契約の場合でも、4か月より前の作品は閲覧いただくことができません。
プラン内容につきましては、ご契約前に掲載している説明のとおりのサービス提供となりますので、ご確認いただけますと幸いです。
何卒ご理解のほど、よろしくお願いいたします。
