Eager to be assigned to the care and feeding of the zoo's newest otter, Finn finds himself off to the wrong foot as the panicked animal bites him. But he is slow to learn that the gesture was not out of fear, but rather the desire for a mate. With a heavy musk wafting off him, shifting features and spreading fur, Finn feels more and more compelled to get closer to his charge. Even the fact that they are both male isn't a deterrent, and as Finn fails to find help, he considers the merits more closely of what he has been offered.
