Hello?
Hey!
Oh this works. Great. Pleasure to meet you. Obviously, Iâm a fan of your work. Just wanted to ask how you go about your final panels? Some are story related and others sometimes feel a little random. Honestly, just curious.
It depends. Sometimes I come up with a story that already has a perfect resolution that works as a bonus panel right away. Other times I have to really push my brain to somehow fit in a bonus panel with a logical payoff or a funny addition.
Sometimes it turns out pretty clumsy, but Iâd say thatâs more of an exception. For example, in the latest episode, episode 43, I just couldnât figure out how to organically add something spicy or slightly erotic into a story that really didnât call for it at all, so I gave up and just made a nice piece of art with an attractive character.
A lot of my ideas end up in the trash because they canât lead into an âafter-credits punchline.â But sometimes, completely randomly, an idea comes that works both as a standalone four-panel story, and the spicy continuation just adds a cherry on top or even reveals it from a different angle. So yeah, it really depends hahaha
Thank for that response. Your art is great, so Iâm never complaining. Hopefully you can use some of those ideas youâve thrown awayâŠiunno, maybe run a poll to see if the community is down.
Do you have a healthy stash of comics already or do you really crank out these things every two days? Theyâre all great btw, always excited when I get the notification for each new one.
Thank you!
Yeah I will definitely give some of these ideas a go, they just need to sit for a bit longer if it makes sense lol. And thank you for advice!
I have a draft for the main, very slowly developing storyline. I already have a rough idea of how it will end, along with the key twists and plot developments for the characters and the world. I donât want to reveal everything yet, since Iâm planning to tell this story over several years.
As for the regular two-day four-panel comics, yeah, I mostly improvise haha. When it comes to gags and situational humor, sometimes I plan one or two comics ahead, sometimes three, and sometimes I have no ideas at all and my fiancĂ©e helps me out. But thereâs a certain thrill to it lol.
Thatâs impressive! Appreciate you taking the time to answer.
I appreciate your interest and support!
Hello I love your art style. I was wondering what would be your commission rate if you do some as I might want to commission you a few drawing.
Hi! Iâm planning to announce my price list around late April or early May! Based on my estimates, thatâs when Iâll start having some free time for commission work. Before that, I miscalculated my capacity a bit and added a commission tier automatically
