Kai mentioned! :DSo the first person Zockl meets in this new chapter isn't Flix but Rona and she has big news.That was intentional on my part. After following Flix' perspective for so long in the last chapter I wanted to focus more on Zockl and how he settled in. While Flix is a big part of his life, he is not the sole focus. Also I like to shine some light on his friend's relationships and draw some comparisons to Zockl and Flix. :) I hope you're as excited as me! 💕(No worries, the main couple stays the main couple!)

We don't have gender neutral pronouns and describing someone without assigning them a gender is really hard, you really have to go out of your way to do so. Instead of "classmate" you would have to say something like "the person I go to school with", for example.A lot of queer people use no or neo pronouns over here but you can imagine how hard and sometimes dangerous it can be in a public setting. That's why Kai doesn't use "they/them" in English because it simply doesn't exist in German.And apparently the concept is very new to Zockl! How do you deal with friends being all puppy lovey dovey? xD
