theory... tobi is dating a girl to get over the guilt he feels for disappointing his mom. he doesn't really like her that much, he's just trying to make himself feel better and smoothe things over with his family.

I know we only really get Flix's POV but it to Flix it feels like Tobi is pulling away and maybe Tobi is just too young to realise that relationships take work and communication even ( or especially) when you are fully occupied with other things. What was Flix going to think of the phone lock screen, Tobi's defensiveness about coming by university or home or even not answering Flix's messages.

I know Tobi has been getting a lot of flack for his actions, but I did want to comment that I'm happy he's learning how to be social. He's going through a lot of upheaval in his life, and having more than one person to rely on is healthy. Having friends, plural, is healthy. If Tobi didn't grow as a person, I could see his relationship with Flix being somewhat toxic. It would seem like his whole life revolves around Flix. Of course, he's being an utter asdfgjjkl in the way he's going about it. Some of that could be explained by his lack of friends growing up... Poor Flix. He needs to be the one to ragequit.

Tobi is being absolutely ridiculous. I know we're playing the long-game here, but part of me just wants Flix to find someone worthy of his affection. The absolute disrespect from Tobi is unreal. It doesn't matter his reasons. Flix has always been there for him. He owes him some communication, even if it's saying "I don't want to see you anymore." Currently, I don't know how Flix could feel anything but used and thrown away.
