Of course he'd be jealous! Poor dudes, I'm glad they're starting to talk. Defining the relationship can be awkward initially, but it would have saved them so much frustration.

i mean seriously tho- flix told zockl that he loves him. he’s brought up their relationship multiple times. i don’t think he’s hiding the fact that he wants to be with him but zockl keeps ignoring the matter.

I think we all emphasize the most with Felix because we have been seeing his side and how painful it has been to not understand. I really want to see zockl's side, what made him feel hurt enough to blame flix for both being clingy and putting him on standby? There is definitely something that made him insecure, and we just don't know what it is yet.

Ok, I try my best not to pick sides. But imo, Zockl is in the wrong. I'd be upset too if someone I cared about wasn't answering me, and then throws it back in my face. Flix has been VERY open about his feelings and I think he's having a hard time with jealousy cuz it's a negative emotion and Flix has more positive vibes

To me it's pretty clear Rona is only a friend, obviously Zockl doesn't seem to know others have inferred a lot more on the matter to Flix. Kind of what I said last week, after being forcibly outed before he was ready, (technically both of them were to Tobi's family)... Zockl imo is ignoring Flix to make "the problem go away" kind of how Flix did to him in earlier chapters. I think Tobi loves him, he's afraid admitting that will cause him to lose the love of his family.

So curious what Tobi is thinking here. We’ve been living in Flix’s head, so it’s fascinating to see Tobi be SURPRISED by the things Flix is communicating here. My theory is Tobi has been just avoiding things, living in his head, pushing things away, and then he’s mad that he was ABLE to push Flix away at ALL. Because Flix is not psychic, and has been trying to give Tobi space, and trying to avoid being mad, or negative, or clingy or anything like that.

Dude Zockl is pissing me off. OF CORSE I know this is all part of the story it’s just so well written that I’m mad 😂 Poor poor flix, having to deal with all this just because tobi is confused. I understand he’s going through stuff but clearly this man has a thing for you. That would feel SO shitty having the dude you’re trying to figure out your sexuality with just turn around, get a girlfriend and ghost you after you’ve given your whole self to him. I feel so bad for flix 😭

Yeah, it's so well-written! &lt;3 I agree with you on Felix's feelings, though I have faith that Tobi's not actually dating her. I really feel like Rona is either a friend or distant relative. I guess we'll see, but I really like reading all these takes on the situation.

I agree, it's incredibly layered writing. I also don't think Tobi is dating her, a long time ago Fio did state in one of the chapter synopsis that "there wouldn't be a girl in the mix just to add drama, I'm not one of those writers." Tobi's expression is interesting in this chapter too, he seems surprised about Felix being jealous over Rona. To me his expression reads as "why are you jealous?" But I could be wrong. Tobi just like, super reeling from the home trip, it's also the same scenario as when Flix tried to kiss him in an earlier chapter and then avoided him until Tobi literally showed up.

Tobi is definitely being an asshole here, but as I've stated before, I'm pretty sure he's lashing out as a coping mechanism for the whole thing with his family. He's been pushing Felix away to avoid his feelings, and I think maybe he even partially blames Felix for the whole thing bc he thinks that he wouldn't be in this situation without flix (both of these things possibly being subconscious or he's aware of, I'm not sure). So that's the reason why he's fighting with him and been distant, but it seems from this that my theory about Rona may be wrong. I thought that maybe Tobi was trying to like her/date her to convince himself he was straight, but him being surprised that Felix is jealous leads me to believe that they're just friends, and Felix was misled by the situation. It's possible he's just making new friends at school, or maybe even trying to make new friends to distract himself from Felix. We will see!!
