The Power Swap is done. What happens next?

23: I like Vrie's pose here. She looks so smug. (And cute.)Also, look for a fun BTS this Sunday regarding this panel.

24: Immediately after the smug comes the stumble. Oh, Vrie...

25: We hate to see Buni go, but we love to watch her leave.Rubbish?? British mentioned?? I am not British, and I don't want to shoehorn British slang into the story and make it bad and obvious, but Maxx and Vrie are technically from the Isle Of Man, UK.

26: I need to find a way to make Buni more muscular...I will preface that this story mainly focuses on Vrie, so you won't see Buni fooling around too much.

The deal is made, let's get things started.

(Also, a really fun caption tomorrow, look forward to that.)

I like the pose too! Maybe it's just my memory being my memory, but she definitely feels a bit more wordy/smug with her words in this comic so far. She's kinda giving Revali/Falco vibes. RIP Falco, they ate his legs. .....Actually that gives me a caption idea. I'm only realizing it in retrospect, but GNM3 means she could have never won. Damn. ALso any particular reason for purrloin? I feel like skitty fits better, but I'm guessing it's a matter of regions. Buni doing that hidden OK sign with her hand. I don't think I got muscles is technically wrong, but it would have probably flowed a little better with another I've. I feel like Buni would say clean, not sort. The last sentence feels like a really jarring swap. Might have gone better with "It'll be easy so first let's fool around a bit." or maybe "It'll be easy, I bet I'll have tons of time to spare! So first... let's enjoy this for a bit."

Vrie is a bit smug, for reasons. (Also, Falco never had legs. None of the Star Fox crew have legs.) Buni is from Unova, so she would reference a Purrloin. Yeah, that wording isn't the best.

star fox not having legs is an old rumor/theory that nintendo has debunked a BUNCH of times. They've always had legs, they just used to have normal anthro style legs instead of the new monstrosities.

BUSCUIT Industries

Oh, I never knew Nintendo debunked it. I wonder if the new remake acknowledges that. (As I post this on the day the remake comes out.)

Aside from giving them uncomfortably feral looking legs that don't even have boots on? I don't think it does.
