Patron Attribution and Support (also ARD2) (Patreon)

I'm still getting the hang of Patreon, and it dawned on me that most creators have the names of their Patrons listed somewhere as a thank you. I'm willing to do that, probably only for $5 Patrons now, but I'm not sure how. Also, do people want that? I do genuinely thank all of you for supporting me, but I know that the nature of this business, some supporters might desire a more discreet level of support. Please let me know if some of you have thoughts on this.

Also, I'm not looking or asking for more money, but I was wondering if there was anyone had interest in a higher tier and what sort of ideas on what I'd be willing to offer? I was suggested a while ago the idea of a higher tier, and people in that tier getting the ability to suggest ideas for captions. I'm not against that idea, but it would have to be something I can do without burning myself out.

But what about ARD2? Well, that's what I'm asking you all! I asked for questions and only one person replied! I have to close the question tomorrow, so there's still time, and I'm not forcing anyone. But please post some questions? Either way, it might be a while before I try to do an ARD2 choice like this again...

If we keep only the $5 tier, we could feature usernames somewhere or share exclusive story updates. If we introduce a new subscription tier, subscribers could request a custom illustration based on their personal story (similar to what inksGirl does). We could also create a Hall of Fame to showcase the total number of people who have donated over time.

At the end of a story you could add a bonus page that includes all your patrons' names at the time. You can add some form of it to your DA posts as a Patreon plug if you wanted. For higher tiers you could add the ability for people to get a monthly image request, be it for everyone who subscribes to it, or make it a raffle. Another option could be a special bonus image with a character the higher tier patrons vote on or something like that. Either way, I'd be interested in some kind of hugher tier personally.

I already do exclusive story updates for $5 patrons. I can't easily do custom content based on patrons, but could do some scenarios. HoF might not be a bad idea.

Personally I don't see much point to a thank you page. i wouldn't necessarily be against it, but I don't think it adds much. Given we've already had the captions/requests brought to the 5 tier I think going higher could be the same thing, but add in the option for like... short 2-5 page comics or something. Though you'd probably only want that open between major comics. I did really like the custom thank you image so maybe something like that? Personal 1 page requests, but without the character limits/restrictions? I think this is a matter of the question, not the type. If you asked what change to do or something like that I'm sure you'd get more questions. Instead you're asking for questions to ask a character that we've just met and know nothing about, in a setting we know nothing about. On the surface that may seem perfect, lots of stuff to potentially learn, but we're so new to this setting that nothing has really caught our eyes as something we want to learn about/something that might be important. As you can see with the Q&As coming up with questions isn't hard if we actually know the characters/setting.
