My tutorials are designed to help you on your creative journey. Any painting you create from a tutorial where I use my own reference photo is for personal use only. They can't be sold or entered into an art competition. I write on the Supplies Lists where the photos come from. Permission is not given to paint any of my earlier paintings that are not tutorials because some of them are licensed. Also, a few of my earlier paintings were painted from photographs where I sought the permission of the photographer. The photographer gave me permission to use it, not others.

If I do a tutorial where I use another photographer's photo (eg from Pixabay or Unsplash) that is available for anyone throughout the world to download (copyright free) and use I’m happy for you to sell the paintings you create from the tutorial.

If I do a tutorial and I use a photo that I have paid for and downloaded from the website Wildlife Reference Photos in order for you to sell the painting you create from the tutorial you need to purchase and download the photograph yourself. This is in accordance with the Terms and Services of the Wildlife Reference Photo website.

If you share a finished painting on social media I would really appreciate it if you could link back to my account (be it on Facebook, YouTube or Instagram) and mention that you painted it in one of my tutorials. @louisedemasi

Thank you!

Yes I did it 😅 I didn't have the turquoise so I had to use cerulean and some Phtalo green. Instead of black I just used indigo and the burned siena. But it turned out great (I think). I'm new to Patreon, is there somewhere we share the paintings like it is on Skillshare?

Fabulous Lisbeth- and well done with substituting paint colours! You can share photos of your work in the 'Community' section - use the 'Chat' thread.

Thank you ❤️ I'll do that

Awesome tutorial. I like to watch them first and then paint. I’ll be doing the line drawing today and will paint it tomorrow morning I hope if nothing comes up. Louise thank you for another great tutorial. Have you ever thought about doing some of the native birds from New Zealand like the Kiwi Kakopo our fantail wood pigeon tui etc. I would love to do some of ours but I don’t feel confident enough to do them on my own yet. But I have learnt so much from your tutorials. 💜

Thank you Yvonne. I think that's the best way to do it- watch first a few times then dive in. I'll have a look on Unsplash and Pixabay and see if there are any good reference photos of some New Zealand birds. 💕

I’ve finished part one and I’m really enjoying painting this bird!! It’s so relaxing and your soothing voice is just the best Louise. I’ve watched part 2 and will rewatch it tomorrow before I finish it. Have I mentioned how you must know what goes through my head as I’m painting, because you answer questions as I'm thinking them! Mark of a good teacher! Thank you Louise! 😊
