My tutorials are designed to help you on your creative journey. Any painting you create from a tutorial where I use my own reference photo is for personal use only. They can't be sold or entered into an art competition. I write on the Supplies Lists where the photos come from.

Permission is not given to paint any of my earlier paintings that are not tutorials because some of them are licensed. Also, a few of my earlier paintings were painted from photographs where I sought the permission of the photographer. The photographer gave me permission to use it, not others.

If I do a tutorial where I use another photographer's photo (eg from Pixabay or Unsplash) that is available for anyone throughout the world to download (copyright free) and use I’m happy for you to sell the paintings you create from the tutorial. I know art supplies are expensive, so it's good to be able to recoup the costs of supplies.

If I do a tutorial and I use a photo that I have paid for and downloaded from the website Wildlife Reference Photos in order for you to sell the painting you create from the tutorial you need to purchase and download the photograph yourself. This is in accordance with the Terms and Services of the Wildlife Reference Photowebsite.

If you share a finished painting on social media I would really appreciate it if you could link back to my account (be it on Facebook, YouTube or Instagram) and mention that you painted it in one of my tutorials. @louisedemasi

Thank you!

Thanks, Louise. This is such a beautiful rose! I love the colour palette 😊

Hi Louise! I’m seeing you Patreon for the first time and I love it 🌸…greetings from Chile 🇨🇱 South America ✨

Louise De Masi

Welcome again Andrea! I'm glad you're here. Thank you. 💖

Andrea Paulis

Absolutely wonderful tutorial! I'm attempting this with a sketch I made of a magnolia blossom with the same colors. Thank you for your attention to detail and precise instruction.

Linda

So beautiful!! Thank you for sharing!

Joined your class recently. Love your tutorials (not so rapt with the Patreon) website. Have been using your You tube channel for a few years and wanted a bit more. Look forward to learning and enjoying from your talent and knowledge. ☺️

Louise De Masi

Thank you Pam. Welcome! I agree about the platform here. Use the indexes I made to find everything. It's much easier than scrolling and using the search feature here.

I have experienced more frustration with the site in the last few days than the whole year so far🤣🤣. I have a couple more memberships and I am literally lost trying to find links when all you get is an ‘about’ and ‘membership’ tab. You’re lessons are worth it though I’ll persevere. I don’t use FB much I have an active instagram account so you may find a few tags of my efforts on your IG page.

I am so very grateful for the index since day one of me being on here I can't tell you how many times I've gone looking for the negative trees I enjoy painting that even though it gives me a headache lol

Just painted this rose in a smaller 5x8 version to put on my mother's 95th birthday card. She was a gardener and will love this. Thank you for your excellent tutorials...filled with details, not just how but why. I come back to them again and again!

Louise De Masi

How beautiful- I'm sure she will love it. Thanks so much Sue. ❤️

I really love this rose tutorial and learned so much! I appreciated the overview on your process of color selection and the information on limiting and coordinating the colors in a painting. The inclusion of the paint swatches with the mixed paints was really helpful. I took a screen capture of this but unfortunately some of the text was hidden. One idea would be to include a .jpg file with this screen shot of the paint swatches.

Louise De Masi

I'm glad it was helpful to you. Thanks so much Bonnie.
