Hi everyone,

Here is Part 1 of the Brush in Jar tutorial.

Part 2 is here: https://www.patreon.com/posts/92182280

In this tutorial we'll use a limited palette of three colours and a small amount of opaque white.

Masking fluid is used to reserve some white highlights. We'll use the wet on wet technique and the wet on dry technique.

All of the files you need to complete the painting are attached below my message here. There are lots of progress photos included to help you.

Have fun!

Louise

Looking forward to this one. It will be so helpful in painting what we see, complete with a few water droplets, too!

Good afternoon ! I will try this tutorial. Such a good idea to post it. Please could be possible for you to put in Patreon your full length video in your Youtube channel : How to Paint Glass and Water. Looking forward to have your news. Thank you so much. 😊

Thank you Romana. I only filmed a little bit of that particular painting- (of the Camellia in a glass bowl). I don't have enough footage to make a full tutorial I'm sorry. It was a pleasure painting for me that I did in my spare time - never intended for a full tutorial.
