Do I LOOK like a Gordon? 

Another turtles ertls entry! I wrote a few stories for turtles ertls upcoming Season where Thomas would travel the world to promote a Great Railway Show on Sodor. In Germany, he would meet Marklin, Frieda, and Hugo. 

Frieda was my favorite Great Race Design by far. I've started a few projects with her but never finished them, or had them changed to the point where she was removed, so that's a shame. I'm glad I could flesh this idea out enough where it could be finished story. 

Thomas confuses Frieda for Gordon like in the movie, but then a series of coincidences occur that remind Thomas of Gordon even more. This really ticks Frieda off, but after a familiar tumble, Thomas understands that he should get to know Frieda instead of just comparing her to someone he already knows. After all, that's how a big world adventure can broaden your horizons!

I did enjoy writing for this series, but I'm glad I'm more focused on my own projects now. I wrote a lot for turtles ertls. It was the pandemic though, and it was a great writing exercise, so for better or for worse, I'm grateful for chance to collaborate and express myself. I hope you enjoy it!

Once again, if someone wanted to adapt this I don't think I'd mind as long as you asked. You could probably take out Marklin and give Hugo a larger role.
