The Bibites Virus Alpha 3 (Patreon)

Took a little more time to fix the Save system from the previous alpha than I expected by I took the opportunity to add a few things at the same time!-Meat from an infected bibites is infected too

-Added button to cure bibite

-Added button to kill bibite (fun)

-Streamlined (simplified) the save files for a few components like Brain, spawners. etc. they should be a little easier to edit now.

-Fixed a few bugs:

Vision, UI, biomass measurements
