Licenses - 1.19.1 Release Candidate 1 (Patreon)

I call this the mid-week color update. Projected release by Tuesday, October 22, pending personal test results.

Changes over beta 4:

• Added font colors to improve user color-coding on MCM License Status splash page and on Auxiliary tab for missing dependencies.

• Fixed a minor processing hang for curfew detection; this issue was introduced by beta 4.

• Added token prefixes per SkyUI conventions. This change unfortunately breaks all previous translation files, but can be easily amended by mass appending the LPO_ prefix to tokens.

• Improved filtering for excessive location change events.

This update may be installed over 1.19.0. If some tokens appear broken in the MCM, go to Licenses/Auxiliary/Reset Menu to use said function. This should fix the issue.
