The Making of Disco Elysium - Part Two: Building Elysium (Patreon)

Hey folks,

First of all, apologies for this taking a full week longer to get out than originally scheduled. Sadly I had to fly home last minute to be with my family while my dear Aunt and godmother passed away and was laid to rest. And then in typical Irish wake style, a chunk of the family, including myself, got some awful virus that laid us out in bed for a few days. I'm only just coming to my senses now. I hope you and your families are staying happy and healthy.

In this second episode of our series we explore the old ZA/UM offices and the memories of several of the people who made up the original development team on Disco. It dives into how they crafted the isometric look, to the key writers and programmers they hired, and much more. I had a lot of fun crafting this one with great help from Jeremy and Frank of course.

We hope you enjoy this episode, and promise to not keep you hanging as long for the next ones.
