v.30 Hotfix 1 (Patreon)

Hey guys, just wanted to let you all know that I just released a hotfix for v.30 fixing several reported issues! The issues are as follows:

 -Boss 1 will no longer respawn after being defeated in some instances, and bugs involving entering the room again after being defeated by it have been fixed
-Boss 3 no longer respawns when you defeat her
-Spore-initiated masturbation now acts the same as manual, for the purpose of starting H-scenes
-Bug preventing Alicia from shooting while crouching under a low ceiling has been fixed
-Libido gauge UI alignment has been corrected
-Several bugs when Automated H-scenes is turned off have been fixed, including some scenes playing the wrong voice clips, manual masturbation lasting forever, and some climax scenes being unreachable
-Alicia is no longer knocked down when an H-scene is ended, instead standing back up immediately
-Your previous Blaster A chip should now be loaded properly when you load your save game
-CG Sequences for regular enemies should now be accessible again

This update is available for download now using the same link as the previous versions, so if you were given the update via a private message, just use the same link! You can confirm which version you have by checking the upper right corner of the main menu, the latest version will be titled v30 h1. Thanks for all the bug reports, hope you have fun!

Yes they are. As stated in this post, use the exact same link you were given in a message/email. The new version does NOT require a new link, I just updated the file on the old link to the new version. You can confirm you have the latest version after downloading by looking in the upper right corner of the main menu, the latest version is titled v.30 h1.

I noticed the keyboard controls are all jacked up... "I" is Kick, "Insert" is jump W/S for scrolling in options, arrows keys work as intended, but there is no jump key, no gun key and no way to rebind them.

also, the key bindings CAN be modified, but you have to use the menus which are apparently only available from in-game, using the P key on KB/Mouse binding

I don't know why Insert is working as Jump for you, that one is strange I'll admit, but the rest of those controls are working as intended - the default control scheme is built around WSAD, not arrow keys, that's how they've always been and always will be. You CAN rebind them using the in-game key rebind menu, in fact we just improved the rebinding process significantly in this exact update. The default menu controls are WSAD to select options, K to select options, J to cancel/go back. The default key to pause in-game is Enter, and moving over to the Options tab while in the pause menu will allow you to alter the controls to your heart's content.

Okay so for future reference if this happens to anyone else I used the above advice to reconfigure all the controls. Press ENTER for pause, press O to side scroll then K to select. Then to fix all the jacked up keys you have to Press I to reset them to default. What is strange is all the key binds were showing as they SHOULD have been but I backed out to test them. It didn't work BUT after I had reset them manually then returned to the good old controls I used to know and love. I hope this helps anyone who is having trouble.

Do you have the latest version update, v.30 h1? I'm trying to find what could be the cause of that crash and I seriously can't.. If you don't have v.30 h1, please redownload the game to get the most recent version and let me know if the crash still happens. If you DO have v.30 h1 already, can you give me any more details on the crash? What was happening when the game crashed and whatnot?

I had it only happen once, I reloaded and was able to beat the boss again without a crash, I can verify I'm running V.30 h1. I was jumping and shooting at the same time and landed in one of the mud puddles i think when the crash happened. Also I think one of the small mud orbs was shooting me as well. BTW awesome rework on second boss, much harder and involved now. When can we see a replacement for the crypt dogs? I was thinking maybe "spider like aliens" of some sort...since there isn't really anything to "slow" the character down in the crypt.

I also encountered a bug when in the grove area. When you're first grabbed by the ceiling vines, use dash as its reeling you up and you will escape. Then after that the vines only shoot upwards out of the map, I did it multiple times and Ill try to screen shot it next time im testing the game. I also reached the end of the crypt map and got the flare blaster, but there was not Debug menu option. I liked using it in the older version to see if i can find some bugs and such.

Little bit of an update for you Anon42, been testing that second boss fight for a few hours now trying to figure out what trigger the above mentioned error. I'm not able to replicate it again fortunately. I know when it happened last time I was using the rapid shot/purple scatter bolt chip so I've been testing out all possible mechanics in all stages of the boss fight. I know the error was triggered in the final phase where he makes it rain and shoots lasers from his eyes. But unfortunately/fortunately I was unable to replicate the error again. I suppose it was a one time thing. I do have a screen shot of the error when it first occurred if you want/need it.

Screenshot would be great man, thanks. It's good to know the error isn't common, but it still exists so it's gonna bug the hell outta me until I can figure it out and fix it. Thanks for the extra detail and for putting in time to try and replicate it, that's super awesome of you man
