Akira Tanaka had always been a problem student — sharp-tongued, rebellious, and constantly skipping classes. But this time he had gone too far. He had been caught vandalizing the student council’s bulletin board after losing a bet with his friends.

That afternoon, he was summoned to the council room.

The president, Reina Takahashi, sat behind the desk with a cold, elegant smile. She was beautiful, strict, and feared by almost everyone in Sakuragaoka High School.

“Tanaka Akira,” she said softly, “you’ve ignored every warning. Regular detention clearly doesn’t work on you.” She tapped a finger on the desk. “So we’ve decided on a special punishment. One week. You will attend school every day dressed as a girl. Fully. No exceptions.”

Akira laughed nervously. “You’re joking, right?”

Reina’s smile didn’t waver. “Do I look like I’m joking?”

Before he could run, two strong council members grabbed his arms and dragged him into the empty locker area near the hallway. They locked the door behind them.

“Strip,” Reina ordered, holding up the girls’ uniform.

When Akira hesitated, they didn’t wait. His shirt was yanked open, his pants pulled down despite his protests. His face burned with humiliation as they dressed him piece by piece.

First came the crisp white blouse, buttoned tightly over his chest. Then the black tie, knotted neatly around his neck. The pleated black skirt was the worst — short, flaring out around his thighs, barely covering the black knee-high socks they rolled up his legs. They even adjusted the blouse to tuck it in properly, making the skirt sit high on his waist.

When they finally stepped back, Akira looked down at himself in horror. The skirt felt impossibly short. Every tiny movement made the fabric brush against his bare thighs. His cheeks were already bright red.

Reina lifted his chin with two fingers, examining his face. “Not bad. With your delicate features, you actually make a very cute girl.” She smirked. “We’ll call you Akari from now on.”

They pushed him out into the main hallway just as classes were letting out.

The reaction was immediate.

Whispers spread like wildfire. Students stopped in their tracks, staring at the pretty girl with the short brown bob, blushing furiously while desperately tugging at the hem of her skirt. Akira kept his head down, but that only made him look more shy and adorable.

“Hey… isn’t that Tanaka?”

“No way… he looks so good like that!”

“Those legs… damn.”

Every step was torture. The skirt swayed. The socks hugged his calves. He could feel eyes crawling all over him — especially on his thighs and the way the blouse hugged his slender frame. When he tried to pull the skirt lower, one of the council girls slapped his hands away.

“Stop that,” she whispered. “Bad girls who fidget get extra punishment after school.”

The entire day was a blur of humiliation and strange new sensations. In class, the teacher simply raised an eyebrow and told “Akari” to take her seat. Sitting down made the skirt ride up dangerously high. He had to keep his knees tightly pressed together, face burning every time someone glanced under his desk.

During lunch, Reina made him sit with the council members. They kept “fixing” his tie, brushing imaginary dust off his thighs, and complimenting how smooth his legs looked in the black socks.

By the final period, Akira’s heart was racing constantly. The embarrassment was overwhelming… but so was the confusing heat building inside him every time someone called him “cute,” or when the skirt brushed against his skin.

As the final bell rang, Reina cornered him again near the lockers.

“You survived day one, Akari,” she purred, running a hand down his side and smoothing the pleats of his skirt. “Seven more days to go. And if you’re good… maybe we’ll make the uniform even cuter tomorrow.”

Akira looked at his reflection in the hallway window — flushed cheeks, nervous eyes, and the unmistakably feminine figure in the girls’ uniform. He hated how powerless he felt.

But deep down, a terrifying little voice whispered that he didn’t entirely hate it.
