Beach-Yoga and the Sound of Waves - With Ase IRL (Patreon)

Hello all! The scenery here is so amazing...I really wanted to share it with you! Unfortunately, the sun hit from behind and my camera lense had some troubles. So, in this video we got some lense-reflextion of the waves on my leggings. I will try to find a solution for it for further videos!

Todays yoga flow is a relaxing full-body yoga practice. I guide you through all exercises but decided to not add any music, so that you can fully enjoy the sound of the ocean! :)
