For people experiencing issues with SteamVR. (Patreon)

 We've received reports that the game won't boot up through SteamVR for some people, and we now know it's because the game's filename had a Japanese unicode character in it. (The exclamation mark- ！） It should work fine by editing that character out, but please do tell us if you're still experiencing issues with SteamVR.

Not sure where else to put this, but I only had two small problems while playing with VR (neither are that bad). The first problem was just with some of the text bubbles; some of them were set just a bit too far to the left to where I couldn't actually read the first word on a few of the early sentences. And the second was the sequence when she crawls around to you just after she shrinks you below her; not sure if it's just on VR, but her head gets a little too close as she repositions to the sitting. Keeping my head still made me suddenly be looking inside her head for a second.

The game itself is an awe inspiring piece of work and I hope to see this to completion! The fact that these problems are so minor really speaks to how much work you have already poured in to it. Also, I loved the eye tracking in VR, really helped the experience.

I have to say I am most looking forward to amongst the "previews" upcoming the shrunken town scene. Any rough eta for that being implemented? It seemed from the preview showed it was already functional?

Thank you! The game might actually be playable through Oculus Quest even in its current state if you use Air Light VR, but we haven't tested it to confirm. It's not developed to be optimized specifically for Oculus Quest, but give it a shot if you can.

We believe the town scene would be fully implemented within at least three months or so from now. At the moment we're working on programming all of the collapsing building effects. We'll slowly develop more and more of the story in our own pace, so we hope you can be patient with us.

On a very little side note which is not related to the game itself. Thanks to the developers to be so communicative and answer literally every question - as well as getting everything translated. That's a great support - just like the game seems great already.

Firstly I have to say I adored the game and will definitely be getting it when it officially releases. The entire thing was awesome, the best Gts vr sim I've played. I'd like to ask though is that sometimes in VR when Chieri speaks the left side of her box is slightly out of view. Is there any way to fix that currently? Also just a quick question is if you're thinking about getting a voice actress for Chieri?

Thank you! We're planning to fix the offscreen text issue in the next update. We would like to hire a voice actress, but it'd have to be after the full text is complete with no need for fixes and changes, so it'd be after the main game's completion. Also, we're afraid that the voice acting will probably only be in Japanese.

We'd be glad if you could spread the word of our game, so you may upload however many videos you like of the demo version. That said, starting from the next update, we would appreciate if fans didn't upload full gameplay videos of the game. Since the game is essentially a long 3D animation, having a complete video up online might demotivate people from actually playing the game, so from the next update forwards we would appreciate if you wouldn't show more than half of the entire game in videos.

Create something like Persona 5 with more adventure, friends, giantess friends, enemies, free roam, with lots of story-telling also lots of school related stuff. :)

That would be a nice thing to have if we could implement it eventually. That said, right now having the protagonist suddenly shrink would sort of mess with the flow of the story, so we'd be glad if you could enjoy a slow gradual shrink process for the time being.

We're afraid that's not really possible in a 2-person development team. We've been developing this game over 3 years now using our own living expenses to make it possible, and we've decided to open a Patreon since we've been running low on said funds. Games around the level of Persona are made in significantly larger teams and with far greater budgets.

Right, but let's say your budget would increase with lots more support, could it be possible that you'd work on something like that? Something relatively close to the Persona 5 style? Believe they employed 40 people to create Persona 5 & quarter million to get started, but with the right support, with couple thousand people supporting you, you'll easily make that amount in perhaps let say couple of years time. Will be promoting your game, especially in Russia they really, REALLY enjoy Hentai/Ecchi type cute things. :)

Right, create more tiers also, because most people want to support you and give you more money, to develop your wonderful game but it's kind of..well, hard to do when you only have the option to support for like $5 dollars.

Such begging is counter-productive. They will do what they want and you demanding specific and unrealistic things will never get you what you want, but instead, irritate the developers and in some cases, even get the game cancelled. If you really want that product, you should form your own team and create it yourself. If it's so great, as you say, then you won't have any trouble finding thousands of people to support you, right?

If they really wanted to just do what they want and not have people “irritate” they’d just go dark like Rockstar or CD Projekt, then announce their game when ready. just played the demo, was amazing, the gts vr game i have been looking for. (HTC Vive, gonna be Valve Index next month (already pre-ordered it)) one question though, since you guys will be putting new builds on here (slowly but surely), have you considered releasing it on Steam as an Early Access title? i'm not really able to pay through Patreon (can't get paypal to work, rip) but i do wanna support the development by buying it in early access or through some other manner. (i can only pay using iDEAL for some reason)

While we appreciate your suggestions, we speculate that no amount of realistic new tiers or plans would allow us to feasibly 'hire' even one additional programmer. For instance, we are planning to include a situation request tier, but it would probably be limited to at most 3 slots since obviously just maintaining those tiers takes its own amount of effort, to say nothing of how much it would delay the development of the main story if we put too much focus into it. If there was a tier that could not only be very easy to maintain with just 2 developers, without having it interfere with the main development, which would increase our budget so much that it would somehow rival Sega subsidiary Atlus, we may consider it, but for the time being that seems slightly out of the question.

We're glad you liked the game! 1. We'd like to release the full version by next year's later half, although it would be delayed a bit if we were to make additional routes after the first one. 2. I (Aoigai) made Chieri using an older version of 3ds Max which I'm used to from work. That said, if I were to redo the process and make her from scratch I'd probably use Blender 2.8 instead.

Thank you! We might ask for your help once the full game is complete, but regarding non-English translations we're planning to simply allow "unofficial" ones to be freely made and distributed (text file only, of course) since the game is designed in a way that's easy to edit the text file for anyone. If you don't know how to edit the text, we are planning to post a step-by-step guide on how to do so for anyone who's interested, so keep an eye out for that in the near future.
