I agree Cannon! Every member has a few iconic eras that fans always talk about (ex: mint Suga, orange Jimin, Grammy V, etc.) But as a group, this might be my favourite era overall. Everyone’s hair, fashion, styling and confidence are so consistently good right now. They’ve had many great eras but this is fs one of the strongest eras for all seven!

1:20 trust me guys, every era we say the same sentence "this is their best look" lol. They just keep getting more handsome each year tbh, but i can totally agree I'm loving their latest looks the most! Maybe cz they look more happy, mature and healthy, doing what they love and spending their times on tour outside the hotels unlike the previous years where everything was rushed. The kpop industry doesn't really work like that. You sign a 7 year contract, and there's typically a dating ban in the contract. Then, if you resign to your label your in for another 7 years, and for groups that aren't as established as BTS an exposed relationship can lead to being kicked out of the group. So "are they thinking of getting married" would potentially mean thinking about finding another line of work, which is pretty hard once you're a somewhat known kpop idol.

oh the boys were so f cking worried, about the album, about honouring the legendary status that was bestowed upon them, about coming to back to centre stage, they were worried if ARMY would stick around, yes we got solo works in between but every single one of them missed each other like crazy, the behind the scene tour vids just prove that, paying them back in awards and charts is the least we could have done, and we did. 💜 fandom hugs!!!

I think after military they will need some time to themselves, military life was harsh for them. Joon talked about how he still has issues with sleep. The Hooligan venue and the AMA venue were different. The performance was pre-recorded from their concert at Allegiant, and the AMAs were also in Vegas, but at the MGM Grand Garden Arena.

i find it so funny how Cannon is always interested in which member is the “most” something lol. for the concert screams, i really do feel like it’s pretty close... it can also depend on the country, since certain members are more popular in different places. honestly, whenever a member gets a close-up and mogs, the fans are going to scream 😭 also, i think this might be my favorite era for them as a group visually, but i definitely have different favorite eras for each member! hyyh pt. 2 has to be a close second for me though, so many iconic hairstyles came from that era: jimin’s orange hair, v’s green highlights, suga’s mint hair, and rm’s pink hair… so good

"Don't fight! Don't fight!" Both of you guys are right. Once you're a star of that level it's hard to leave and change careers but also they will get married if they want to. It'll just be secret and I'm sure it's hard for them at the moment but they can make relationships work. They're also trying to break out of those old fashioned idol images. Although their company is more hesitant about it, they are honest with a lot of things and aren't afraid to face the backlash because they know doing normal adult things shouldn't be a sin just because you're a singer.

I think the caveat to this is that most groups don't last as long as groups like BTS, or like BigBang. If they did, then they would automatically be considered "established". Taeyang from BigBang has a whole family and is still an active idol, both in his group and as a soloist. But yes, the first cycle I would say exposed dating would be grounds if not for term, at least for non-renewal. By the 2nd cycle I think it's definitely allowed, but it's on the idol to be discreet, and even if caught usually they'll have the backing of the company, depending on the details.

True, but we also have to consider that bigbang has never adhered to idol standards, and bts definitely has, so I am curious as to if they ever will have families, or if that is even a goal for them at this point. I personally would hope that if they were in a relationship and felt safe enough to share it proudly that fans would support them, though that has not been the case recently. Also, Chen from EXO is married. I wouldn't be surprised if a couple of the members are in long-term relationships. And yes, it would have to be super secret. I think anytime they are associated with an active idol. it's going to be a much huger deal than someone not an idol, or not an active idol...bc fanwars. The Winter thing was double the trouble bc she's from a popular group, AND it's Jungkook. If say, Jin got married out of the blue to some actress or non-idol performer, what could or would ARMY do about it? Btw just to give you guys bg info. My friend and I went to the AMAs as a spontaneous last minute decision and the off-air host baited us by saying that BTS were gonna perform like multiple times. Only for us to find out it was that Hooligan clip they played at the start. 💀It wasn't till the very end that they said "ok goodnight everybody" that we realized theyre not performing 😆 It was still fun though. The Pussycat Dolls were great. Twentyone Pilots were great. All the performers did well. When BTS were looking back and pointing, they were pointing at us cuz most of the fans were on the upper levels.

To answer the question you were about to ask, Cannon (edited: Cannon, not Carter, sorry) , Jin got the loudest cheer. And bf people get on me lemme explain why: 1. He's WWH 2. I feel like the closer the zoom, the louder the screams lol (and for some reason they ALWAYS zoom in on WWH's face) 3. Hooligan is their show-opener and is the first time most of the audience have ever seen these guys in person, and all the other guys had their "camera intros", but Jin's was last, and the audience didn't really see him (except for his line with JK), so I think everyone was A) Excited to finally see him and B) Celebrating getting to finally see and cheer for all 7 guys.

I think bc the idea of an idol is that they're supposed to be like the perfect boy/girlfriend (and perfect boyfriends and girlfriends...don't have other boyfriends and girlfriends lol). Also bc of the sheer amount of investment that goes into an idol group, I can understand why companies want to prevent a Yoko OH NO situation, 2-3 years into a $50mill invested group. And bc it's a group, it just takes one to put the whole project at risk. It's definitely a Korean idol thing bc Katseye don't GAF lol. I think a lot of it is setting expectations. I think if dating continues to be treated like some taboo thing, it will be treated as such. For those who don't act like it's taboo, it tends to be less of a deal when it happens.

She brought something special of course, but it's always better when you have a group that all have the same paths and goals. No matter how much you may like and care about someone, if they are wanting to pursue other things and their heart is not in it anymore, it can really bring everyone else down.

Of course none of us knows, but based on what we know about her history of becoming an idol, and her motions after being on "hiatus", it's looking like she got a taste of idol life (a life she was already hesitant about), and decided she didn't want however many more years of that lifestyle.

Actually Jimin was nervous! In the live afterwards the guys said he was so nervous that they could feel him shaking. Poor thing, he always said he's more nervous having to give a speech. She wanted to perform for coachella and lollapalooza. She was excited for this year. It’s the same thing for the other girls, making up narratives that they hate Manon and wanted her out. also, i haven’t seen anyone mention this yet, so i’ll brief you guys very quickly! bts’s group anniversary is coming up on the 13th, and they always release a bunch of content leading up to it. this period is called BTS FESTA, and we get different content every year! it would be cool if you reacted to some of it. they’re releasing another Run BTS episode, the official release of Come Over (a song produced by Suga that was only included on the vinyl until now) and a lot more. basically, there’ll be plenty of content for you guys to react to over the next few days!

Yeah I get the idol thing (although its still weird) but it makes sense if theyre really young like typical teen-twenties idols. BTS are older and have surpassed the idol stage long time ago and are general world stars at this point but that also adds another level of pressure to their choice of partners because now the whole world is gonna judge who they choose. Sounds like a nightmare honestly. Idk if you guys have heard of the Japanese figure skater Yuzuru Hanyu who was forced to divorce his wife to protect her from stalkers and relentless media attacks. Fame is really sad and lonely.

I agree, we should not speculate. I just based my idea (Edited: replaced assumption, with idea. I can't assume anything), on the fact that she's stopped doing Katseye things, but has been doing other things, replacing the Katseye thing. So it feels like something that has been officially negotiated with the company (aka not doing idol things, and pursuing other things in the meantime). You are right that we don't know where her heart is. But we also don't know if she was forced out. Sometimes what you want to do is not feasible for the group or the company and if an ultimatum is given and chosen (which is another possibility), we can't just say she was forced. Either assumption is not fair. The details that are available, do not build the whole picture. And we all have access to the same details, but interpret it differently. Perhaps we'll never know the truth, but I feel like Manon will only do what she wants to do, and will succeed at whatever she pursues...whether that's continuing with Katseye, or not.

@Elmo Actually, we can say she was forced... because she literally said it was not a decision she made. She did not choose to go on hiatus; they forced her on one. Which she wanted us to know because the first thing HybeXGeffen said is that she was on hiatus for her "wellbeing and health" and she quickly came out saying she was perfectly healthy and that this was not in her control or her choice. We already know she wanted to perform and was so excited for this year. These are things we know and what Manon has either confirmed or said. It's all just very shady and disappointing.

I don't want to get into a back and forth bc I feel like we all have access to the same things but interpret it differently. This is what she said: "I want you to hear this from me. I’m healthy, I’m okay, and I’m taking care of myself... Sometimes things unfold in ways we don’t fully control, but I’m trusting the bigger picture." MY interpretation of "don't fully control" doesn't necessarily mean she was told what to do. If anything, it implies compromise or concessions to deal with an issue that may have arisen. Trusting the bigger picture, again IMO, could mean that she was given options, pathways, choices...perhaps not her ideal choice, and not her final decision, but possibly something she's willing to "wait and see" about....but to go from that to "she was kicked/forced out", is a bit too much of a jump for me to personally take, but I understand how others may have that perspective. But we can't use what she said here, as factual proof of that. Just like I'm not using it as factual proof for what I think. I'm only explaining my idea of what's happening.

There are a lot of odd things going on, but one thing I think we can agree on is that it's heartbreaking. If it were MY choice, I would want to wave a wand to fix all of the circumstances preventing her from being active in the group. But above all of that, I don't want her to be in a situation that is harmful to her. Regardless of what the situation is. She's a strong person and has a lot of support, so I have to try and trust in "the bigger picture" as well, and trust that IF she's been given options, that she is proceeding the best way she can, and in a way that makes things better for her in the end.

I think 2018-2019 was peak coz their popularity was slowly rising till then and then it just became insanely global,having all these 1st asian arists to do this/that; then in 2020 it reached like the general-general audience like psy's gangnam style did, dynamite had the most radio spins they ever had and now in 2026- its more of maintaining that peak coz not everyone is able to do that after being on a break as a group.(their contant solo stuff healped a LOT, esp JIn and jk solidified his american dominance with his english album). I don’t think there was any bad intention behind it. I’d rather people be themselves and ask genuine questions than feel like they have to censor themselves. It sounded more like curiosity about the audience’s reactions during concerts. As for the answer, it really depends on the concert, the country, and the region. Different places may have slightly more fans of certain members, so the reactions can vary a little. However, overall, ARMYs tend to cheer very loudly for all seven members. At BTS concerts, people scream for pretty much everything. As soon as any member appears on the screen, the crowd goes crazy. The difference in volume between members is usually very small because the support is generally directed toward all seven members rather than just one person. Of course, there may be some locations where a particular member has a slightly stronger fanbase, but it’s usually not a huge difference. Don't know why you guys take that so personally but as I said: the oreos don't really have anything to do with bts. They're just another flavor of oreos. It's not like they wanted to buy them bc of the flavor since they only found out about it afterwards. I just think it is a bit uncritical to buy everything as long as it has bts on it, that's just marketing and capitalism. It won't really make a difference for BTS they already got paid, it has nothing to do with them or their music, etc. A lot of their brand merch collabs don't make any sense from a branding standpoint either and some of the companies they worked with have been pro-israeli too. You can love bts and be a fan but you still should think critically before buying stuff and not just gobble up everything the moment you hear it has BTS branding on it. Buying BTS stuff is not a problem in itself, I own a couple albums myself.

We were there! The ARMY was literally 90% of the crowd. We literally were singing louder than the PA during breaks. To get the crowd to react they just had to say BTS. And they used it A LOT.

They have all said they are kind of married to their work at the moment. Of course, if it happens for them it happens, but they are touring for another year, so not really any time for dating. They keep their private lives private, so we don't know if they are currently seeing anyone. They have also said that they want to keep making music and performing together until they are old and grey. I am sure the time will come for them to start settling down with a partner if that is what they want individually, but it won't cause them to stop being BTS.
