No-one should care abour grammy. They would win album of the year this year, then it would be remembered as crazy precedent and k-pop category would become kind of shelter for grammy to never give any asian any major award again. As they did with bad bunny too. Thing to realize is, it was their dream to get a grammy, so they surely didn't make that decision easily, but they still chose their integrity over everything else. Could've hush and get award, that would be easy way out but they spoke up about it. Otherwise grammy will just keep adding catwgories like " afrobeats, latin pop... " that is all about racism and nothing about music itself. Someone in media made perfect analysis today BTS's decision not to submit to the Grammys as "a declaration of musical independence that breaks the chains of Western-centric authority, and a restoration of subjectivity." guys they have a karaoke section in every concert where someone backstage just picks 2 songs at random so in this concert it was dimple and ddaeng and since it was their birthday they also did an additional song which was magic shop. and because it can literally be any song from their discography, they usually need the lyric sheet to jog their memory. it’s sooo funny watching them perform decade old songs

Once you’ve been to their concert and truly know them, it’s the perfect combo. The experience is easily a 100/10 you’ll finally understand why their shows are so special. They’re from our generation, and even as global superstars, they stay completely true to themselves. The bond between BTS and ARMY is something you can’t really explain or compare you have to live it. Honestly, it’s one of the best experiences ever.

the “Arirang” concert Part 1, at least from what I experienced live in Paris, felt just as intense as Part 2. We were drenched in sweat, jumping, screaming, singing non-stop. Honestly, you could barely hear BTS because the crowd was so loud from the very first second the moment the intro started with the guy entering the stadium, everything just exploded. From there, it was pure chaos in the best way. Every song turned into a massive karaoke everyone screaming the lyrics, jumping like crazy. Watching the videos, I get why Part 2 looks more impressive. In the video we mostly hear BTS. But in reality, they lowered the crowd sound. Live, it’s the opposite: you hear the fans more than the members. The entire stadium is singing so loud that it almost drowns them out.😭

In real life it so insane. Everyone gives everything from the start shouting, jumping, going all in, even during Part 1. In Paris, we were already completely exhausted right after “Hooligan.” Part 1 alone almost knocked us out before Part 2 even began. The break where they go change? Absolutely necessary we wouldn’t have survived otherwise. And thank God the final part is softer, so you can finally breathe again.

But honestly, Part 1 live hits just as hard maybe even more. What we experienced in Paris was unreal. The best experience of my life, no question. I’ve never lived anything like that at a concert. It’s crazy to be in a stadium where every single song is sung by everyone no exceptions. You almost don’t hear the members anymore, just ARMY screaming every lyric.🙂‍↕️

And the connection between BTS and ARMY… it’s impossible to explain. You have to experience it. Even as global superstars, they’ve always stayed close to fans. Since 2013, they’ve kept that bond alive lives, interactions, everything. It’s such a genuine, deep connection. Honestly, I’ve never seen anything like it. And that what make our reunion during concert like no one else 🙂‍↕️

I’d say the only downside of live videos is that they don’t fully reflect what the concert actually feels like. You don’t really hear the reality of the fandom especially ARMY, because BTS concerts are something unique. ARMYs sing every single song at the top of their lungs. That’s what’s missing in live broadcasts: they lower the crowd volume, so you can’t hear how loud it really is. But in reality, the fans are even louder than BTS sometimes you can barely hear them over the crowd. That’s the frustrating part about live videos. They’re still great, of course, but they don’t capture the full intensity and atmosphere of being there.

In live videos they lower the crowd volume, so you can’t hear how loud it really is. But in reality, the fans are even louder than BTS sometimes you can barely hear them over the crowd. That’s why it can feel like Part 1 and Part 3 are calmer or softer in the videos, when in reality, they’re absolutely wild and pure chaos. The atmosphere is insane. Of course, Korea has a different concert culture, but I’m speaking from what I’ve experienced in Europe and even in places like Mexico or other parts of the world it’s pure chaos in the best way. It’s not just Part 2 that goes crazy. Part 1 and Part 3 are just as intense live. The crowd is just as loud, just as hyped, and just as out of control. The videos just don’t capture that energy properly.

For every concert they have surprise songs after dynamite..so it’s usually 2 surprise songs..and even the boys don’t know what song the DJ will play..and it’s so beautiful and wholesome..for BTS but for ARMY too…the concerts in Europe were fantastic and incredible ❤️ my favorite one was the PARIS concert day 2….i was litterally crying all night..🥰

i wouldn’t say i’m overly sensitive when people share their opinions, and i’m definitely not trying to tell anyone what they should or shouldn’t like. everyone is entitled to their own preferences, and there’s absolutely nothing wrong with preferring jimin’s short hair. i guess what made me want to comment is that this is the fourth time i’ve heard you guys mention it. one comment wouldn’t have stood out to me at all, but after hearing the same opinion several times, i couldn’t help but notice it. i also think a lot of people forget how insecure jimin seemed when he first came back from the military. during his first live with the members after being discharged, he kept hiding his face behind his hands, joking about how “ugly” he felt and repeatedly bringing up his short hair. it was honestly a little heartbreaking to watch because you could tell he wasn’t very comfortable with the way he looked at the time. he’s talked before about how much he wanted to grow his hair out after the military, and now that he finally has the chance, he genuinely seems so happy experimenting with different hairstyles. he looks so much more confident now, and it feels like he’s finally having fun expressing himself again. that’s why i can’t help but feel happy whenever i see him trying something new with his hair. of course nobody has to suddenly like his long hair just because he does, but i do wish there was a little more appreciation for the way he chooses to express himself now instead of hearing the same comparison over and over. after the fourth time, it starts feeling a little repetitive. i’m not saying this to criticize you guys because i genuinely enjoy your reactions, and that’s exactly why i wanted to share my perspective. i know you don’t mean anything bad by it, i just wanted to explain why those repeated comments can come across a little differently to some of us. 💜

We made it to the end. I love this concert but I can’t wait for the next one. All their concerts are peak but my favorites are wings, love yourself and map of the soul concert. Those 3 are the best concerts with insane energy and story telling. Suga going on a 10km run after the concert is peak random BTS. You guys should check out the TikTok videos of them in Europe. The third part of the concert is just them being themselves and they just act crazy and fun. Btw yes, the crowd is muted when they live stream the concerts. You have to watch fan cams to hear the actual crowd. When they use to ask for feedback after online concerts that was my one gripe. I love hearing the crowd because it changes the energy of the concert.

One final comment the surprise song is something that even surprises the members as well. It’s like karaoke time that’s why and ARMY is supposed to sing. The lyrics are there for the members but they usually don’t sing it serious and just enjoy ARMY singing. Also their Love Yourself tour had a bouncy castle 🤣. I would check out the Love Yourself finale in Seoul, the intro to that concert is sooooo epic.

Mixed feelings about the Grammy, on one hand, felt very proud, they walked away from something they vocally expressed they wanted previously, very bold and brave move knowing there is now a very low chance they will even be nominated in the future, being brave sometimes is walking away when you know it is time to walk away, at the same time, the backlash of closed minded people and not seeing the huge impact of what they did, and the fact that another Asian group would probably get the award before they do, saddens me a little, no other group deserves it more than they do, and in this comeback where they have the higher chance of winning. Not a great one especially when the camera focuses on the main singing part each time. It's not a slight to Jimin....this is every show...he is doing amazing vocals but it is technically adlibs.....the main part at that moment is Jin's part. I do remember the cam showing Jimin when he was next to Jin for one of the stops (dnt remember which stop) hopefully in an upcoming show they pan to each member doing their beautiful adlibs

Im glad yall enjoyed the concert but you should definitely listen to some more albums before watching another concert! Just so you're aware, DDAENG is not on streaming platforms but you can listen to it on youtube. "Unit" songs referring to songs with different pairings within the group with the most common pairing being the rap unit songs (Just suga, RM, and jhope) and the vocal unit songs (just V, JK, Jimin, and Jin). Other unit pairings you'll see is 2 vocalists and 1 rapper (like Jamais Vu on MOTS7), 1 vocalist and 1 rapper (4' o clock by V and RM), and only 2 rappers or only 2 vocalists.

Like the long hair & the contacts makes them (one) kind of uncomfortable. Actually even when he was singing and the camera was on him they weren't giving compliments like they were to other members. So once again an observation. I never brung up his lack of screen time. this is exactly how i feel. i don’t think they mean to be disrespectful, but it’s starting to feel like they’re much more critical of jimin than the other members. i was also confused by how surprised they were about the “jimin princess of busan” sign. it’s just a playful joke between armys and jimin, and he doesn’t seem bothered by it at all. he even shared that his staff started calling him “unnie” because of his long hair, and he said he actually likes it. i also can’t help but notice that the other members are often praised for their performances, while most of the comments about jimin seem to be about his hair or his contacts. meanwhile, he’s hitting incredible high notes, his vocals are stable, and his performances are amazing. i just wish there was a little more appreciation for his talent instead of so much focus on his appearance ☹️

Most of the time the member doing adlibs is not shown. When jimin sings the chorus of they don't bout us, jk and v are doing crazy adlibs in the background but the camera only focuses on jimin. Similarly, jin does some really great adlibs during yoongi's verse in fya but the camera still focuses on yoongi. So let's stop creating this narrative that it was unjust to not show jimin during that part. It's jin's part so obviously they'll show jin. The only carema issue was during ddaeng because the rap line were rapping but they kept showing the vocal line

You may love Jimin's part....we all do. My point is, that happens to be Jin's MAIN singing part at the moment that Jimin also does his adlib. The camera usually shows the main parts.....not the adlibs on all the songs during the concerts. The times that they are all over the place is during the special songs because the members don't always sing their parts so it seems like they switch around to capture diff moments ( the camera men never catch all the parts we want lol but I try to remember there are 7 of them....all the moments aren't planned)

Only the North American part of the tour ends in September. Then they head back overseas. The ARIRANG tour started in April and goes through March 2027. 😊 Keep in mind that as a group they were out of the military for less than a year before their year long tour started. The last member was discharged in June 2025 and then they went to LA to write the album a couple of weeks later. So hopefully they get a chance to come up for some air after ARIRANG, but then I’m just as excited for the next album! 💜

I think it’d be really interesting for you to react to Tokyo as well. You can hear everyone speaking Japanese, and the crowd was incredibly loud—you could clearly hear them even over the members. Also, recording is prohibited in Japan, so the whole experience felt much more intimate without everyone holding up their phones. And of course, the surprise songs are in Japanese!

Reading these comments, it seems the guys have created a culture where if patreon members voice an opinion on what the guys have said that isn't 100% in their favour it's seen as "hating". In the same way that the guys can have an opinion and voice it, surely the patreon members can have an opinion and voice it too? This concert was just a little different because it had 3 surprise songs (normally they only perform two). It happens after "Dynamite", during what the call karaoke time with ARMY. They also performed "One More Night" instead of "Please". Other than that, it's the same as the other concerts on the tour. They change their outfits and hairstyles, but the setlist stays the same. Thanks for the reaction! I think you should react to more music, more MVs, and some specific performances. And if you want to know more about what they do in their free time, they have a lot of individual vlogs you could watch.😁

V is extremely entertaining to watch, Jin is another one….put them with JK and you have more fun 😆🤣…. All of them even did some mock wrestling…. Both negative and positive criticism is appropriate and not necessarily "hate". It will just be honest feedback. If its the odd comment, you could decide to dismiss it. If you find you are seeing the same comments from a lot of people then that would be genuine constructive criticism from people paying for the patreon that would be worth listening to. If you find you hear the same criticisms repeatedly time after time it could be because the feedback from the patreon members isn't being acted on. I am a patreon member for a lot of different reaction channels, all of them get feedback from their members just like you do, its normal. And they adjust to reflect the feedback because they want to show they respect their time and money and they don't take the comments personally, as its a business. The comments here are polite and honest, but if people feel dismissed or intimidated everytime they bring something up, then that is an unhealthy culture to have between a creator and their paying subscribers.

I also really hope that moving forward, we can shift the focus back to positivity. This was originally a fun, positive video there was no issue to begin with. So instead of amplifying negativity, it would be so much better if we collectively chose to highlight and multiply positive comments. Because engaging with toxic people only gives them attention, visibility, and exactly what they want. It puts them at the center, when they shouldn’t be. If anything, the best approach is the opposite: drown out that negativity with support, kindness, and good energy. Make the positive voices so loud that the toxic ones become irrelevant and invisible. Let’s support each other in that. I think the point is being missed in these replies and the responses from gek is not surprising. They don't like being called out, but you (op) said nothing wrong. so yes Carter, every concert is different because everyone gets to see the quirkiness that BTS shows at every concert. They all do something different to showcase their personalities with both new and old songs. The only difference musically is the two surprise songs that every concert gets but basically the same setlist every time. However, one is never bored because they get to see the charming side of the bts members, and it's different every time they perform. And McKay, in regards to your curiosity of how they live day to day, there's some vlogs that they do that shows their whole day before and after a concert (jk's vlogs)

Did you read??? You keep repeating he isn't shown for his ADLIBS. You don't seem to get that the camera will specifically BE ON JIN during that part because it's his main part. Why do y'all complain like there is always some crazy vendetta against Jimin??? Kookie and V also do adlibs on parts of the song and the only time you catch them on screen is if they are next to the member singing the main part at the time. The camera work in general hasn't been top tier for every show so far, but these are human beings capable of human error too. Nobody is trying to slight the beautiful Jimin. I’m an OT7 and I agree with you completely on this. The conversation about Jimin can feel off-putting at times, though I don’t think it’s always intentional. Many men in K-pop, including Jimin, embrace softer, more delicate features and present a more genderless aesthetic. These reactors are new to BTS and to K-pop in general, so they may be surprised by how many male artists do not conform to certain Western ideas of masculinity. I don’t mean to attack anyone it’s just an observation. When we learn about another culture, it helps to be open minded and respectful of our differences.

i think when you guys are able to dive into the discography a little more (or whenever you want! there are no rules!) you should check out the last concert they performed in busan before they started leaving for the military. i will say, the songs they play during that concert will hit harder when you know the significance behind them and know a bit of the older songs in their discography, but it will be enjoyable no matter when you decide to watch it!! i suggest listening to at least spring day beforehand and looking into the meaning behind the song and mv! if i think of any other songs that you should dive deeper into before this concert, i’ll try to update the comment!! great reaction, as always, geks. thanks for all that you do!
