Anya

Yayy ty for doing this! It'll definitely help and it doesn't cover everything but just enough for yall rn! The intro Carter you're so random sometimes lmao and it's Dimash ofc

CocoChanelz

Oh there’s our 39 year old king. 🤣🤣 happy early birthday. Yall should see Bora’s video on the whole Grammy thing. I like her break down and she was a little less polished lol she was just being real with that vid.

Anya

No fr teaching the grammys a lesson on respect! They don't need the grammys!

Hey guys, it would be great if you could react to another BTS album! Starting from the beginning is the best way to go

Eri

Bora means purple in Korean. It comes from V’s “Borahae” phrase (I purple you).

brittt

You guys should react to snooze by Agust D (Suga)! It's the song that was played in the video.

Tivy

DIMASH

Bri 🦔

It’s so funny how life works out bfree attacking RM and Suga just for his ceo crying that jhope got to collab with jcole 13 years later and bfree is a felon

Sarah

Ahhh I loved this sm it’s so informative especially if you don’t know abt Kpop💜

kim

i recommend whatever i want if you don't agree scroll it's really because of some fans like that that other fandom hates the ARMY and BTS in general

Emrataaa

I find it amazing that BTS found each other. It’s crazy how they grew up together sharing the same values. Their journey, their success, and the people they’ve become… I really love that 🫶

cLyNeSnOw

for me its Bora City. Bora in english is purple so Purple City

Very relatable to this video actually, bts dropping out of the Grammys this year, after the Grammys very recently introduced a “Asian pop” category. Along with multiple other categories such as the new “Latin” category that segregate those from different backgrounds and cultures. RM posted “I hope music itself can be heard and loved rather than being distinguished by region and language” then all the members followed behind posting the exact statement. There’s so many layers to it. First, BTS not accepting the discrimination they receive from the west, whilst these same award shows hide behind a false pretence of “we love bts” because they want their viewership and popularity , but also to hopefully stop the same from happening in the future to those Asian artists younger than them, to create change by once again removing themselves from the rules set by the industry. It’s such a strong and brave statement that I hope other groups think about and follow behind. Because art and music is much more than what country they come from, the colour of their skin, the language they speak. Music is a universal language understood by everyone, not something to be boxed into a “Asian” “Latin” “urban” category. Because your own self respect, artistry and your fan base is worth more than a trophy.

Leenah B

I’m personally not a fan of Boracity’s videos but there’s a lot of truth to how people in the industry treat smaller groups. Now, fans of the big 3 were the worst for sure but just know that EXO were friendly and respectful to BTS,it was the antifans that made it difficult for them. Regardless, it’s natural to have competition between groups. However, they did do BTS dirty back then. Glad they ended up exposing the reality of many others that were in the same boat.

Rana

YEAAHH FINALLY THIS VIDEO boracity really explains soo well I love the channel BTS are great kind humble artists, really artists like them are soooo rare

OMG , I didn't know Boracity be namedropping oh my goodness

yesss it’s one of my favs from him 😪😪

Bri 🦔

Pretty sure he’s in and out of jail

Tivy

one of my absolute favesss

Kira🤪

You guys should definitely react to Suchwita which is Suga’s show that he started to provide a platform for the members to market themselves on their solo careers but branches out to many other artists and celebrities.

Elmo

Personally I don't really like this video (I don't hate it I guess I just don't understand why it's so popular). It feels like it really blows things out of proportion and makes little petty things bigger than they were or should be. It feels almost like when people post a few comments from X about so-and-so, as proof at how terribly someone is being treated, when it's just a handful of people being asses. I guess in general I just don't like "woe is BTS" type videos bc I also disliked the hardships video by Celeste, that everyone used to go crazy over. I know what they went through in general was not tame, but the content presented in these videos for most of the world, seems minor and petty and honestly kind of diminishes the greater obstacles BTS has gone through and continues to go through. It's just a rehash of things we already know and that happens to a lot of people in nearly any industry. It skeeves me out when ARMY holds grudges on behalf of BTS. Even people BTS are cool with today some ARMY just love being tortured and will continue to bring up one mean thing someone said a decade ago. It bugs me lol. Like if BTS are cool with that person, LET IT GOoooo OMG.

faith

loll jack noticed the colossal 😂😂 their song attack on bangtan is a spin on the aot title if you guys hasnt noticed before !

Tivy

I feel this is a very fitting thing to be reacting to right now. Not only so you can better understand k-pop, BTS, and ROB, but also because the timing with everything happening with the Grammys right now. Excited to watch this with y’all!

S Moonchild⁷

Now you understand why many armys are usually only BTS fans, can't say anything about younger groups, but most of the 2nd-3rd gen groups were really disrespectful. I listen to some songs from groups like BigBang, Ikon, Exo, they are talented ofc. But I also remember the hate that people associated with the groups and their companies poured onto teenagers with no power or money. Jungkook clip with burgers breaks my heart every time. He was like 17-18 there.

Yokoshan Yoko

OFC Dimash, who doesn't know this king

Divina Izzard

Please react to Xceleste's documentary "BTS Hardships 2013-2021". This is a must watch. Also do more of Boracity Magazine's documentaries "BTS Fandom How They Changed Fandom Culture", "The Next BTS, Why They Fail Everytime", "The Next BTS, Why They Fail Everytime - Round 2", "How BTS Paved the Way".

Yokoshan Yoko

can u guys get another mic ppls omg

S Moonchild⁷

Yoongi had drinking show before enlisting, all members have been guests, IU also was there. It is so fun! Consider adding these videos in the polls! it is called Suchwita (Suga+ Daechwita)

Ayo Bee

Yall react to Suchwita for all the BTS members!!!

Elmo

The members are good friends with the burger guy, and have been for years. They hang out at his home and have done shows together. Some ARMY are determined to hate him forever but that's just petty IMO. BTS are cool with him. Even Suga is super cool with him and even had him on Suchwita. Let bygones be bygones. Life is too short.

Lara

Dimash?!!

kri

nooo not the burger incident. Made me recoil. Poor jk

kri

Exactly BTS is thriving now !! These past situations are uncomfy to watch lol

Snooze

I agree with you. There's no point in hating on these people now because bts seem fine with them. But the fans can still choose to not like these people if they don't like what they did in the past. We don't need to like everyone who bts are okay with. Just no need to hate on them.

Gatha Naranath

Boracity is so good at researching because everytime i watch these videos i get ragebaited

Snooze

I'm commenting here again because I'm not sure whether you have read my previous one but it's really necessary for you react to their music before going further with the rise of bangtan episodes because the music will be included in it and you'll get completely spoiled. It would be better if ask any of patreons you trust to help you with what mvs and songs you need to react before each episode.

kri

ahh bts's come up is just like levi vs beast titan

t

i feel so sad whenever i think about the jungkook situation he was literally just a child

noor

“they’re being the change they wanna see in the world” is so true and they’ve always been like this, we found a tweet from 2014 translated to “I think music is a language in itself” and they’re still fighting for that message to this day and we’ve seen that most recently with them refusing to submit their work to the grammys even though this is their biggest year and album so far, and they had an almost guaranteed win with that “asian pop” category, but instead their statement was “we hope that music can be enjoyed regardless of the language or region”, because wtf is even that category there’s no genre known as “asian pop” they’re just trying to create a new box for an entire continent to shut them up instead of simply acknowledging the fact that they are easily one of the biggest artists globally and in the US, that is literally racism, they’re treated differently because of their race and language. meanwhile, i can bet on anything that no other korean artist will do the same, some companies have even said that “this a situation between the grammys and bts” like im sorry that is so cowardly and shows that everyone but bts is spineless, because now they want what bts refused and how is that gonna lead to any change?

brittt

same!!

Jenna Antonelli

This just ignited a fire in me to see you guys check out Agust D D2 and Dday. Man its pure gold (The lyrics she was quoting from at the end were a song off of DDay)

angie

Katseye???

H

This is why ARMY is so protective. When ppl disrespect BTS, ARMY stands up for them because sometimes BTS can be a little too nice. We do have crazy fans that go over board but most fans hit ppl back with facts and one thing for sure is ARMY cannot be out debated. The Grammy lady who decided to add her two cents is learning that lesson now.

noor

they really are the seniors they never had, they never fail to support their juniors whether publicly or in private, their juniors are the ones who now tell us how they can just message them if they’re having a tough time and some members will invite them to their houses to give them advice for example, that’s just so genuine because they’re not doing that for cameras and one thing you guys have said many times while watching stuff like old run bts episodes is “they’re always the same” and usually that’s said in the context of their dynamic and personalities being the same but i think this vid also shows is that they’ve also always been genuine and respectful with the way they treat others

BTSU

Guys please watch suchwita it’s a show hosted by suga!

noor

he looked so shocked and confused 😭 crazy how no one on set defended that literal teenager

RA

Omgg guys you should react to suga show its call suchwita

noor

omg just noticed the sogeking mask that’s so cool

Angel

not into boracity vids at all but im excited to see u guys bc for some reason it feels like 10 years since ur concert reaction, ioml

nelle

I agree like, personally to me, bringing up the Bobby situation is a little ridiculous. The man had a whole kid, thats how long its been lmao. I think its good to acknowledge the impact of these moments on BTS journey but to be holding it against these people 13 years laters is a little insane.

Melissa

they gotta listen to his albums!!!!

Melissa

the JK burger situation will always haunt me 🫩 i remember being so mad for him at the time

Gatha Naranath

JACKS FACE DURING THE BURGER INCIDENT IS KILLING ME

keyla

i agree but in general kpop fans are somtimes the worsttttt

Gatha Naranath

Agree i like him now but the clip was just gross. but the guys cool i liked the interview Suga had with him on suchwita. Also the You quiz on the block was an amazing show. But that shows good thanks to Yoo Jae-suk. forgiving is great and all but forgetting is another thing. I mean making fun of a 17 year old isn't exactly that funny lol

Elmo

Yes. And Bobby himself was a kid at the time. He's a year younger than RM. He matured and was honest about why he acted that way, and instead of celebrating his "come to Jesus" moment, I felt like the video framing mocked him for making a mistake and admitting it. Isn't that what we hope from people? Growth? Why knock them down for that? It's petty. Reminds me of an ex who would continue to rub an argument he won in my face, until I admitted he was right (even if he wasn't, just to be done with it). THEN he would rub it in my face that "remember when we argued about so and so and you eventually admitted I was right all along", as a way to devalue any future input I had. So not only did I have the initial bust up brought up forever, even my acknowledgements were used against me. I hate sht like that LMAO. Sorry, clearly I have PTSD from that relationship haha.

komispo

awesome pull for this friday,, yeah i think bts has reached a level and fame and status where they are more or less free to do whatever they please. and instead of being vindictive or greedy, they keep showing up to give the best of themselves to fans, juniors, and peers. even the current grammy stuff: bts was honestly primed to have a great chance to stay silent and take home an award, but they made clear what impact they want their voice to make, and i admire the legacy they'll leave as artists. they're not perfect but they are some of the few celebrities and public figures i repeatedly respect for what they actually try to do with their position

Hyeunrby

Everyone Kiikii dropped a new song candy pink magic hole flip phone and it's FIRE

Callie

This was a good reaction, especially with everything going on lately. I hadn’t seen this one in a long time!

Kookie

I was there during the time where the big three were still there and I can’t tell you enough how harsh and serious the fan wars were. The hate was crasy (still is)

Jo_Jo

One thing I will say is big companies do treat kpop idols that aren’t from big companies below them very bad, but as for group wise just know Exo has never done anything disrespectful to anybody because they’re to busy dealing with their evil company themselves, bts and exo don’t have any rivals, it was friendly and respectful. But kpop companies are the problem!!

Jo_Jo

I’m sorry but “They and their company” If anything It their fans and their company, I never seen big bang or Exo say anything rude to bts?

Callie

Snooze is one of my favorites of all time

S Moonchild⁷

We know that BigBang member and his family member did like the post. I just mentioned the groups in the video. From what I know a few Exo members were friendly with the guys. But you are right, I will adjust what I meant.

Siiii

Pls react to Bts jungkook live tsx, Bts jimin legendary fancams compliation

Elmo

Yeah, it was tough to watch. It's clear later on that the guy was dealing with his own sht also. People in pain lash out and cause it too. Not an excuse but he's already done all he can about the situation short of going back in time and changing it. All I want is for people to be reasonable. BTS has made mistakes and we are always praising them for learning from them and becoming better so we should also allow the same for others (but only those who have been consistent and have shown they mean it....B-free can still go eff himself lol).

Jo_Jo

I knew about big bang family liking the post, but never saw big bang member liking a post I will go search this up, but all I know exo and bts been friends for long time, because they're not that far apart when it came to debut, even took picture together. I'm glad i can help.

Nicol

Snooze is my favorite song by Agust D the way he exposes what he suffered with the members not wanting his juniors to experience it too, it's amazing I feel that for Suga it was a way to release the anger he felt and focus that energy on something more positive.

I’m Tired

suchwita is suga's drinking show, he's had IU on there, members of txt, seperate episodes with members of seventeen, some actors, all the bts members have their own seperate episodes talking about the solo albums with suga, RM even hosted one episode so suga could talk about his solo album

izzy

Agree! They have such a cute relationship with TXT

Sasha (Yare Yare Daze)

That's not even close to his best I think. Singing in English I think he lacks some emotion at least in ballad songs I guess. Hymn to Love is close to his best performance in my opinion. Another great one is Autumn Strong.

Aaliyah Contreras

that’s yoongis (sugas) talk show called suchwita!! he usually sits with guests, over a drink and has deep conversations with them!! he does one for each of the members too!! some have more than one!! they will talk about their own solo work too!! it’s great show to watch :))

Pluto

Thankyou than you thankyou 💜💜

Pluto

And miss you cannon 💜

S Moonchild⁷

Boracity said that in her video, I think she meant Taeyang cause she said Jimin collabed with him later. Some guys from EXO were friendly during awards and stuff. But SM is the worst

🪄

Run bts mini field day for the next poll🙌🏻

Pluto

I love this video so much 💜

Bora means purple in korean.Like the phrase "BORAHE" i.e. I Purple You given by BTS member V which means I'll love you to the end of the rainbow(world). Its a widely associated word with BTS and ARNY.ARMY's official colour is purple(as u can see NYC is all purple rn becoz of the concert). So its Bora-city like purple city.

bowie is tired

the two juniors that were on Suchwita (suga’s show) were actually members of txt!! Its a really good show I recommend u watch it

AA

Day 2 of asking gek-pop to react to bts rain, and let me know, lyrics and live!!

bonnie_r

It's definitely pronounced as two words: Bora City, it's in reference to Vega's turning into boracity called Borahaegas haha. I definitely recommend Suga's talk show called Suchwita but when he interviews the BTS members, they talk a lot about the solo projects the did which I don't think you've gotten to so i might recommend saving Suchwita until you have time for that. Thank you for watching this, I loved the ending notes you guys really reflected on this video well.

Devyn ⁷ 🍉

bora city comes from borahae (i purple you)

Miyah

I feel like they shouldn’t have forgiven anyone because at the end of the day all those people who apologized only did it because now they’re getting hate and now they’re scared but if bts didn’t make it I bet you they wouldn’t have said anything to them it’s just not genuine.

Anya

PLEASE geks 'bts music' and 'run bts' on the poll. Would love album review but if not then mvs is fine and the run bts for a fun break 🙏

Honey⑦

When you see even right now, how many kpop groups or idols stood up with BTS against RACISM TO THEMSELVES? You have no idea there are people coming from korea and japan etc to tell BTS how they wouldnt have won either way which isnt even the reason for quitting grammys.Tells you all about korea, korean artists(except Epik High and BAP) and even other asian artists. BTS is way above them and they are so insecure that even racism for asia cant make them side with them. No one in the west is comming forward to support them publically.Funny how racism is BTS against grammys. And kid yourself, kpop IS againt BTS quitting grammys. They are laughing how now their groups will win. Also ,to just be out there,I will not watch any other kpop video you put out.I have decided to say Fuck you to other artists now. And esp the ones those submit to grammys this year. No subscription for me will be above BTS and their integrity. Any group can go and lick these grammy and racists asses. I wont taint my eyes. Fuck these groups and kpop fans who can come together to mock BTS but wont speak up against racism.

Devyn ⁷ 🍉

yes! fan wars were and still are the worst. there were definitely some beef between groups and single members of groups but the projecting of fan wars makes it hard to look at relationships without bias since we don’t see everything behind the scenes

Honey⑦

i have seen enough Suho interactions to know EXO wasnt THAT friendly to BTS. Its my opinion afterall tho and I dont go around cussing anyone but you dont know what goes behind the scenes. There is no way such a big group wouldnt feel threatened when someone from a small company rose above them. Also, their fans' hate went beyond just fanwars.A 3 year old group was being targetted to the point of having petitions to the blue house and court cases and no one from the group has the idea to atleast tell their fans to be respectfull? it isnt like ARMYs went and mocked exo or their fans first. All becoz BTS was winning the awards that they thought exo should. If it was a fanwar(which happens even now), i wouldnt care but there is a diff in fanwar and balant disrespect and humiliation.EXO was a big group at that time with influence, from a big company and just becoz they didnt win theur fans were humiliating and almost crushing a small group with no power from a small company and they just let it happen? Maybe SM didnt allow them, but then how are they friendly? Almost no other fandom at that time had this much hate against BTS these exols. So, they are not friends. Even now, no one in kpop has the guts to stand up to racism lmao. Funny much. These groups have supposed fame, influence and power but doesnt have autonomy or decision making ability. Kpop sickens me.Such bunch of weak cowards.

Layla

What a loser you are😂 by the way nobody cares if you watch other groups or not and this is Gek-pop not Gek-Bts. I still love bts even if 99% of their fans are like you.

Honey⑦

Did I talk to you? Why arw You so pissed i wont lol. I was talking to the ones i paid to. Arw you their accountant or you get pocket money from them? Why so mad and pissed "if you dont care I watch or not"? Chill out and live your life. And Yes, BTS has fans like me who dont have time for people without integrity. People who wag their tails into getting western recognition in the name of BTS and then keep quite when its the time to speak and when it actually matters. For your info, BTS isnt just some pretty faces singing songs and dancing. BTS have morals and values they teach thru their music and songa. You can absolutely like BTS and not " Fans" Like me lol. M not married to you that u havw to like me. Listen to BTS abd move on then. People can think for themselves and make deicision. You go on follow those grups who r okay being subjected to racism and refuse to stand up with BTS. I didnt say anything to u. Good luck.

Noha⁷

99% is a bit of a harsh stat damn

StackingSpaghettiSauce

I don't really like most of Boracity's videos (The Suga incident one was really good though). I feel like she tends to make too many generalizations about the industry as a whole, especially considering she has admitted to only following BTS. I remember watching her videos as a Baby Army and fully believing that I wouldn't like any other kpop group because of how she portrayed "the rest of kpop" in her videos. Now I'm a proud multi stan and realized how much of her videos are using specific instances to make blanket statements about a huge industry. Again, I'm not saying she doesn't have good videos or make good points (age-based respect systems ARE dumb imo) but just that to new kpop fans she makes things sound like they apply universally when they very often don't In this video specifically I don't want you to get confused about certain things: 1. BTS were NOT the only 2013 group to survive that year. You misunderstood. They are the only 2013 group that is still active today. For example, the first group on that list, 2Eyes, disbanded in 2018. 2. She didn't say this in the video, but just to be absolutely clear: Block B DID NOT know that the MAMA awards were pitting them against BTS in their collab performance, and they were just as upset about it. 3. She implies at 19:40 that certain idol groups might've joined their fanbases hate trains. I find this a very unfair judgement. We have no idea who mocked BTS backstage. It could've been a single incident with one person. It might not even have been an idol, as experienced show producers could be referred to with the same honorific. Point is, we don't know so we shouldn't assume it was anyone specific. And assuming that an idol would naturally agree with what their fans are saying online is a laughable concept when Jungkook's out here attending Stray Kids concerts like the king he is. Like, do we really want to go down that route? Which brings me to 4. The idea that "BTS fans are very welcoming of anyone who associates with BTS," is an absolutely crazy statement. Army are nice to a lot of people who are friendly with BTS. But there are so many exceptions that you simply CANNOT turn that into a blanket statement. In fact, Army are pretty infamous for the exact opposite. Just off the top of my head: Bang Chan and Mingyu (who get harassed for being friends with Jungkook) and the actress from the Seven video and J-Hope's backup dancer (who were harassed for being too close to the boys), Winter (who literally hasn't done anything but people think she might be dating Jungkook and that's a problem for some reason). For this reason, I don't see other idols being afraid of Army as 'performative respect for BTS'. I don't see it as having anything to do with BTS at all. Idols act afraid of Army because they are afraid of Army. Other fandoms aren't any better, but still, let's not pretend here

A

I really hope y'all watch suchwita(sugas show) with txt

Noha⁷

I wouldn’t say that about Suho but everyone else I think is nice

Noha⁷

I think it can probably feel like much when it’s saying back to back stuff in a small contained video but you have to remember that this would have been spread out incidents over long time periods and maybe not be seen as ‘petty’ during the time. I do think army do way too much sometimes and I wish they have a bit of nuance at the situation, like maybe they were kids at the time who say and do dumb things

Layla

Bro nobody here is mad more than you and like I said nobody cares if you watch other groups or not.I know more than anyone bts is more than a pretty faces because I was bts fan since 2015 even before they had all this fame and crazy fans, so u don’t have to tell me how talented they are. I was so proud of them when I heard the Grammy news what I’m mad about is how you think it’s ok speak on behalf bts like you are their spoke person you are not.

Layla

😂 ok I agree that was harsh but Im trying to ragebait.

wonw0.0

What’s Liyan’s problem

wonw0.0

Ure actually driving yourself crazy with delusion. Do you know how kpop works? Groups aren’t allowed to speak up unless their company permits them to, especially not when they’re less than five years in the industry. You can’t put the blame on exo when they were literally just doing their jobs. Armys act like bts were the sad little underdogs but they were never on nugu level of popularity. They won rookie awards and literally beat the big3 only a few years after debut. How is that a small group being bullied by a massive entity? They had a solid fandom the same way exo had theirs.

Honey⑦

Mam thats what I said. I was talking generally to the ones who posted this video about MY opinion. If no ones cares, why are you here? Also, how unemployed you have to be to ragebait someone on the topic of racism? And, BTS has earned fans like me. Fans who stand by their decision. Fans who cares for them. Fans who fight alongside them. Fans who dont brush serious topics like racism aside with ragebait. You dont wanna be in this circle, its entirely your wish. Literally no one talked to you. You can have your opinion amd watch anyone you like lmao why is it a topic? But dont come here to tell me what I should do. Dont come here dimissing BTS's fandom when all we are doing is standing up against racism when no one else is. You, as a fan of asian artists ,should stand by them too. Doesnt matter which group you like. Everyone is asian at the end of the day. But if you dont want to, thats your choice too. Not everyone has to be moral and integral ig. But, whats the matter with ragebaiting under a racism comment? Feeling proud of that? And then critising BTS fans becoz they refuse to watch or stand with people being okay with racism? You think you arw doing smth great by refering to me as "these 99% BTS fans". If u r gonna ragebait, ateast do it clearly lol. Not you having to explain u were ragebaiting. Now, peace out and watch anything u want. Just dont be a dick to ragebait a fandom fighting against racism when some of the artists you follow dont even have the courage to even speak out.

wonw0.0

Armys have such a big victim mentality and that’s why videos like these are always popular and recommended to reactors. I hope people take it with a grain of salt when they watch these videos and know that while bts had their struggles, the rest of the kpop industry are not evil villains all plotting against one group. They’re all just trying to make music.

alienn

The lyrics at the end are from snooze by Agust D .Pls do react to it in the future. He has such deep and relatable songs. I'm also anticipating for album reactions too

Angel

everything she gets is just a watered down version of Xcelestes videos tbh and nothing against boracity but she likes to hear herself talk so i'll watch a video and be like nothing new was learned here that wasnt in an earlier popular video already and if it was then that's real luck but for newer armys maybe it can be enlightening idk since at the end of the day i am ARMY, and tbh everything she said has a credible source somewhere (cough, xceleste) I would rather them watch Xcelestes video essays since she's the og.

020125

Thanks for reacting to this 💜 As you can see, some K-pop fans don’t like or appreciate Boracity’s (Purple City) videos because they feel they paint their idols in a bad light. However, just like BTS, Boracity has never stated which idols or idol groups disrespected them back in the day, so let’s not make assumptions. I do know that some BTS members are friends with a few EXO members, and Jimin has collaborated with a member of BigBang. Suga has also had him on Suchwita, which I definitely recommend checking out! (The episodes with the bts members are fun since you get to see the dynamic between suga and the members one on one, the txt episode is also good) Since you have a K-pop channel, some subscribers might not like that you watch Boracity. Personally, though, I think she makes very informative and well-researched video essays. As you could see, she really does her research. She also doesn’t tend to sugarcoat things, which can upset some audiences, whether that’s multistans or K-pop fans who come across her videos. I personally really like the “South Korea has a scandal problem” which not many people recommend it touches on yoongis incident you guys read about while reacting to his solos (not the predebut one, the recent one) and how the South Korea media twisted it to its fullest. Definitely worth checking out 💜(by the way if you ever come across a video of bts at the airport and yoongi seems mean for ignoring the media this most likely adds to it) This is just my take, though. I’m sure some people will disagree 🤷‍♀️

Layla

Thanks for proving my point. Also my last comment wasn’t for you it was for the comment above.

I’m glad you guys took so much away from this video! It adds context to what Cannon was wondering about BTS winning rookie awards and seeming like they were doing well from the beginning. Since none of the Big Three debuted a new group in 2013, BTS were not competing against the companies that usually dominated the industry. Groups from smaller companies have an extremely low chance of surviving, and BTS were the only ones in 2013 that made it. So those awards were meaningful, but they did not mean BTS were already successful or having an easy rise. There are still so many other hardships they faced, but I’m glad this video explained the seniority culture and the power the Big Three had because that context makes their story easier to understand.

Pluto

How many time we heard suga saying they don’t understand why they were hated so much and that he was angry. How many time RM talks about people disrespecting their name and work . These events might seem small to some people but these small disrespect over and over again can destroy people.Members now are good with everyone and they are amazing but it doesn’t mean we should forget them. Forgiveness and forgetting is two different things. We should forgive but never forget which is the reason BTS are able to write these amazing songs about respect and ignorance towards them.As a BTS fan I love boracity videos. She is the best army and back up her video with well research. If you think her videos are only there to play victim and uplift only BTS and paint others idols as villains then if the shoe fits wear it if don’t then enjoy the video and get informed.

Nana

The looks of horror when jungkooks burgers are rejected, same tbh. The end of the video with the lyrics to snooze was the perfect way to end the vid, and loved the discussion after. Hope Cannon takes a look at this video too

Tivy

During the clips of his show “Suchwita”, the first junior Suga was talking to was Hoshi from SEVENTEEN, and the two boys he was talking to in the following clips were Yeonjun and Taehyun from TXT! You guys should maybe consider reacting to some episodes, there’s one with IU too 👀 her “Palette” episode with Suga is also so good

Tivy

The song at the end is “Snooze” by Agust D, genuinely one of my favourite BTS solo tracks ever

Please can you do the BTS Cyphers1,2,3 and 4. Please use colour coded lyrics and then after you watched in full. the cypher melody.

Yeah thanks for proving my point of multies and kpoppies being dumb too. Imagine being ok with racism TO UR OWN RACE(if u r asian) jusy becoz u like some kpop group. And dont dare say u r with BTS from 2015 bla bla. If u were anywhere near BTS, you would know the seriousness of this moment right here and the seriousness of the slience from this kpop industry rn. Tells more about your moral ground than ur favs becoz maybe they r being silenced, but u had the choice. You chose to stand with a silent community and industry than question them? How inferior you had to feel? Questioning should be YOUR right. Just becoz u like some group does not mean you cant question them why they r silent on such an imp topic. This is not your typical fanwar that u r using "these kinda fans" Argument in. This is as serious as it gets. Also, you WERE commenting on my comment about "99% BTS FANS" and talked about it being ragebait. M not as dumn as u r. I know what comprehension is and I repeat. You have to be crazy to ragebait about a fandom standing up against racism, a 99% that is supporting their artists who had a nerve to challenge and step back from racism. Also, those 1% arw you guys. Who, just to feel good about other kpop groups are laughing at ARMYs. I am BEYOND PROUD to be in the 99% you stated. Dont come in our 99%.m sure u r content in that 1% bracket of "2015" Fans. Peace.

Noha⁷

boracity does make some generalisations about the industry imo and you can't fully blame the idol for not speaking up since 90% of the time, it's the company's fault and controlling them. But I'm not gonna pretend that there aren't idols who aren't guilty of bullying or have added to hate trains, not just to BTS but to other idol groups maybe more recently too. I'm also seeing people saying bts struggles were exaggerated which is dumb. Without even acknowledging what they went through/currently in the west (they were the first group to really break through so received the brunt of the hate) they were def mistreated by the industry/companies, there's literal evidence since 2014. Armys have the right to be protective since history has shown people aren't kind to bts and the kpop industry e.g. the grammys lol.

ChooseYoFightaaaa

Guys, the Grammy stuff and response around it has been so bizarre that I feel like I’m entering a very specific psychosis as Army. That’s genuinely what being a BTS fan feels like. Constant gaslighting from general public and corporate media, from us simply wanting the guys to get proper recognition. Imagine everyone being like this towards Kendrick. Oh wait- Now that I think about it, BTS aren’t the most similar to other k pop bands. Career-wise and status wise, their career mirrors Kendrick’s the most in terms of perception vs talent.

Noha⁷

Also while I understand some idols can't speak up about the grammys maybe due to their company or whatever, I still think it's cowardly for them not to speak up in support, mainly the really popular idol groups which have a lot more freedom let's be honest. It's not even just about BTS but the grammys/western media respecting asian music, culture and kpop rather than segregate minorites which they've also done with latin, afro music and rap. The fact that they can't even back that and take the step forward to try and support that and just submit their work anyway is pathetic.

JAN NARUTO

this BTS lore on respect hits hard after they rejected the Grammys ngl

Shaquille_Oatmeal

If you're curious about how they've responded to the underground rappers, then react to the Cyphers !

Noha⁷

I will say most of the times, situations are wayy too nuanced to make blanket statements which she does do sometimes so I do disagree with bora about that. It is disingenuous to say the kpop industry didn't target bts (I wouldnt be surprised if some of the big companies didn't target other smaller groups that we haven't heard of) since there's literally proof that they have especially SM. I'm not talking about individual idols but those big companies are evil, even to their own groups. Whether it's right or not, there's a reason armys are so aggressive/protective (I'm not supporting some of the stuff they've done btw)

aiza

You didn’t see enough interactions between EXO and BTS, stop lying🤦🏻‍♀️ 1 video without context and you’re assuming things.

kika

Loved the reaction and your discussion at the end. BTS has really been through some shit, but like you all were saying, they are who they are because of their perseverance. And not happy they suffered, but so glad they survived. The divorce analogy was a great one!

aiza

My poor Winter didn’t deserve all that hate🥺🥲

aiza

🤦🏻‍♀️ Suho was like always the first one to approach to BTS during award shows, wdym, there’s a lot of videos with him an V. 1 short video without context and you’re assuming things

ChooseYoFightaaaa

This is only a sliver of the insanity BTS has gone through. It’s literally a fever dream. A fever nightmare, honestly. Edit: and I say this as someone who isn’t a “fandom” person btw. I work regular gigs, I’m in my 30s, I have many hobbies, I hang with my friends and fam, I travel… but their lore and legendary existence is so insane that I have no choice but to also be Army. Genuinely, what the fuck- We’re witnessing movie-level situations in real time. The way you see folks in this vid talk about fan sensitivity, it still happens. The instant we go “wow, that was rude/shitty/racist/etc”, we’re accused of babying them, or being delusional obsessed “k pop” fans, or told we’re being sensitive. I’m a f*cking metalhead and hip hop fan with a sociology background working in service industry: I think I have more credibility on who is being a turd. Especially regarding the music and the men behind it…

Dagny

I think most of these were substantiated by BTS themselves in their book, and it is a visual representation of their experiences. It helps the viewer feel what they experienced, rather than imagine it while reading the book. Ultimately, BTS chooses to forgive firstly, to set a good example for their juniors, secondly for their own mental health and wellbeing and thirdly because they are just really awesome people. They don’t want to carry grudges and harbour their bad feelings over the years…. Just forgive and move on, and feel lighter without all the negative and bad energy. They know who are sincere, and who aren’t but still treat everyone with respect and kindness. However, not everyone is like the BTS members, so of course fans still feel the anger, disappointment etc towards those people that did wrong to BTS. Imagine if the BTS members were not as strong and determined as they are, passionate yet still kind….. it may have broken them, demoralised them or worst. We have seen this happen to others in the industry. The only reason we can say things like this now is because we know how resilient they are. 😊💜

LilyLiv

Thank you so much for reacting to this (I’m so happy)!!

LilyLiv

The video is entirely based on and is quoting BTS’ book and their experience (+proven sources) tho so it’s unfair to say it’s blowing things out of proportion when these things have long been established. I’d even argue that there’s a lot more to this than is explored in the video. With all respect, you may have a different opinion but it does not make the video, or ARMY’s arguments, any less true and valid

C⁷💜

Thank you for this ! SUGA has a show called Suchwita, and I really think you’d enjoy reacting to it 💜 I’d recommend starting with the BTS member episodes because the chemistry is so natural. They joke around, have meaningful conversations, and you get a lot of stories and behind-the-scenes moments you don’t hear very often. Jo_Jo

I don’t know what you’re talking about?? Suho been nothing but nice to bts?? so what lies is you talking about.

Jo_Jo

I need to know what clips? Because I’m starting think if it that one video people clearly don’t understand the meaning of the show 🫩

Elmo

I don’t think saying that some of the examples presented in the video, which were also the same examples presented in another video, made half over a decade ago, (examples of one-off happenings with individuals) are exaggerated as presented, is the same as saying BTS’ struggles in general are an exaggeration. To me their more prominent struggles were more about how they were treated when growing westwards. And the dismissiveness of them by the idol companies within Korea. While I do think the video makes some good points, and there are some encounters that were clearly pivotal to BTS as people and artists (like the B-Free interview, it makes it seem like BTS were constantly treated as lepers for a good part of the beginning of their career by many peers. It veers too much into forcing a “villain” vs “hero” narrative that makes me cringe.

Noha⁷

I disagree with your initial point since it isn't necessarily a one off, but more of an accumulation of events that would have caused this to happen. I do agree that the villain vs hero narrative is sometimes forced since it is always more nuanced than that and I don't know what the dynamic was like there so I don't want to make any strong claims. I personally think the dismissiveness and power dynamics isn't just a BTS thing but something a lot of smaller groups would experience and that should have been clearer in the video but yeah. I completely understand your points though

Noha⁷

I'm not talking about that clip. The interview with that little girl actress who he was rude to when she said she liked bts over exo. She ended up getting so much hate from exo fans and he didnt say a single thing.

Jo_Jo

So I was right you don’t understand the meaning of the show, because he continue to ask, who she liked and she said she liked Jimin and V and Suho preceded to tell her he friends with V, and even after that she said she still like bts, and they don’t have problem with it. Whole thing was a joke, Also you clearly don’t know how SM work because SM barley even let their idols speak up for themselves and barley even pay them, they can’t even speak up about mistreatment they get unless they LEAVE SM.

Alina

Dimash mentioned let's gooooo

Noha⁷

Maybe it was a joke and I don't understand the meaning of the show but the hate that little girl was getting wasnt a joke and was disgusting. that's great that he's friends with v but doesnt change my opinion on him.

nelle

I don’t think Elmo is claiming these moments weren’t as bad or as impactful because they were a long time ago. What I believe Elmo was trying to say is that it frames every encounter from an idol as malicious intent when even BTS themselves ALSO say in their book that they are not sure why some of those idols did what they did and that they too could’ve been going through something (they also never name any groups, only referencing specific incidents in which we could match an individual but never a group). In the case of Bobby, he was only 17 years old and ALSO being bullied by superiors. Yes that does NOT excuse his actions, it was still nasty and targeted and came at a time when Joonie was already taking a lot of BS from the whole industry and underground. But as a human you should understand there’s nuances to situations and from what he’s explained it seemed as though he was also going through rough things and his company was also pushing him to make disses. Again, that doesn’t excuse anything that’s why he apologized, but he hasn’t said anything negative about Joon or BTS since and has seemingly moved on with his life and settled down with his wife and kid. I don’t personally listen or know much of Bobby i’m just using him as an example. He’s clearly grown and developed from that situation and understands that it was wrong. BTS spoke on it and then closed that chapter. At the end, it’s not our right or position to keep harping (or in some fan’s cases harassing) idols over 13 year old situations that 1) BTS themselves have processed forgiven and moved on from 2) were kids when they did these things. Obviously we are not just forgetting what they’ve done and there’s shitty people like B free who don’t mean their apology- that’s different and they deserve to be ridiculed. But when people genuinely apologize and show growth, I personally don’t feel like it’s right or valid to downplay it. BTS themselves also had incidents that they’ve apologized and grown from and I come at antis the same way for continuously bringing those 13 year old incidents and framing them as malicious too. We are all humans, we all make decisions that may positively or negatively impact people, and we apologize and try to grow when it is the latter. I just think ARMY don’t give nuance to situations which is why they can never move on. I also think BTS have bigger enemies right now that are hurting them in the present year of 2026 that can be talked about that continuously rehashing situations already covered 3000x over and explained directly from themselves in their book.

It's Dimash at the start, right ?

nelle

This was my first time watching this video because usually everyone requests Celeste’s video. My HONEST thoughts is that, while the insert of BTS’s words from their autobiography was really good, I think Celeste’s video would’ve been better for you all to watch. There’s a LOT of discourse about the inner workings of the kpop industry added in this video and you guys don’t know enough about the industry yet to start getting into big 3/award show situations yet. Also I feel like she purposefully does not emphasize enough that no idols nor groups are named in their book so she can make assumptions of incidents that have no confirmation. Obviously not knowing who did these things leave a lot of unanswered anger in us as ARMY but it’s also important to understand that a lot of these situations have nuance BECAUSE of the junior/senior dynamic explained throughout the video. Therefore it’s better to focus on the situations THEMSELVES and how the junior-senior dynamic impacted it vs the other idols/groups themselves which I feel Bora did way too much to the point it overshadowed what was supposed to be the main thesis of the video essay.

OMG IS THAT DIMASH in the beginning ?!!! He is Kazakh from my country Kazakhstan 🇰🇿🇰🇿🇰🇿 he is our gem, I would recognise his voice anywhere. I didn’t know u guys knew about him, it feels like multiverse collision 😭

Miha Cojocaru

That episode was indeed hilarious!

Pandora

The first one with RM is one of the best ones with the two of them managing to get completely wasted in the space of 30 minutes. And both of them are such yappers! LOL!

jemmy

My very very personal opinion: Xceleste video would have been a bit better because its tamer but still hits the same points. I dont watch Boracity but so far I noticed she doesn't censor other artists names. it might not be a big deal in general and I only care about BTS, but since you're planning to react to these same groups later on, I hope it doesn't leave a sour taste before getting into those groups. Hoping not to sound too presumptous lol

LilyLiv

Oh but to clarify, I totally agree with you about acknowledging that artists have their own circumstances and so, if they’ve apologised and changed for the better, we can indeed focus on who they are now, especially if the other people involved have forgiven them. My point was to criticise OP’s way of doing this, which was to downplay the video’s credibility by saying that what was shown ‘was blowing things out of proportion’ (=equivalent to saying things weren’t as bad). Whereas the video by Boracity, in my view, is informative and shedding light on the experiences BTS (and by extension other artists) went through, which remains important going forward. What’s just as important is to remember that artists’s paths will always be talked about by introspecting on their history, so no matter how much time passes, it’s right to report on the numerous trials that an artist has gone through (in this case BTS), even if the one who was wrong *at that time* (such as Bobby) has made up for it. Because the message of these kinds of videos, like many ARMYs say, is not to target people, but to raise a voice against harmful industry norms that artists like BTS *and* Bobby and others, have been subjected to. As can be seen by how Boracity’s video itself has a whole part about ‘forgiving’ and shedding a new light on current circumstances, so that the experiences of everyone can be improved :D

jemmy

There are some boracity videos that should be kept in-fandom. This video in particular felt kinda way to me because while they are right on events that did happen, the speculations made towards the end about BTS friendships felt invasive. Whether they are true or not, I don't think we have the right to judge which friendships are superficial or not. I cringed

Eli Mollo

Please react to Suchwita (Sugas interview show before enlistment) episodes with the members! 💜🫰🏽

nelle

yes i definitely felt the same way. it started to feel like an opinion piece than an accurate retelling of events. at the end of the day we will never know who did what to BTS. i always choose to trust them and their discernment. if not obvious by their recent grammy announcement, they’ve always stood up for themselves and i don’t believe that they would surround themselves with people they don’t sincerely trust or value.

Callie

I am army, I only know one txt song, but this episode is one of my favorites. Txt seem like really great guys.

Bro if the word delusional was a person it would be you. Tell me something how the hell did you come up with I’m being “racism to ur own race” in our short conversation thanks to people like you the word racism lost all meaning. Nanami's Wife

It's crazy that 'Danger' didn't do good when it first came out. That song is my anthem

Pandora

Oh yes, please!

wonw0.0

you sound crazy hating on someone that you don't know, haven't even tried to get to know over a situation that you barely understand. you're holding your prejudice against suho and other idols under the premise of being a "good army" and "protecting bts" but trust me. bts are seven grown men who are more than capable of deciding who they want to have in their company and who they don't. clearly, they've decided they like suho enough lol

aiza

Stand up to racism? As if Namjoon himself didn’t say n-word on the show…

Minheee

I honestly think this boracity video is so onesided and makes so many assumptions, also bobby situation blown way out of proportion in this.

deesi

I agree 100%, soooo many assumptions. BTS def went through a lot of things in the past and faced some adversity in their rise to fame. But, I can't lie, sometimes armys blow things out of proportion and create a very pitiful (a better adjective could fit here) narrative around them. Gets on my nerves a bit

R.Az

Now watch the boracity magazine : bts paved the way, why is it so hard to accept. And also boracity magazine: bts vs attendance award shows

deesi

would love more music/ album reactions in the schedule. i feel like rise of bangtan covers enough of the 'lore' and provides insight into the kpop industry in general (albeit on a kind of surface level and sometimes biased perspective ngl). But at the end of the day, bts are musicians and we're fans of them because of their music. So moer music reactions would be great please!

R.Az

Exo fans is one of the worst fandoms in kpop in my opinion, they are so toxic and they can’t accept the fact that bts surpassed exo organically, shoutout to exo but their fans are not it

wonw0.0

hi guys i really hope you react to SEVENTEEN again next week! if you want music please do 'god of music', 'hot', and 'left and right'. additionally, you should react to each unit: 'cheers to youth' (vocal unit), 'spell' (performance unit), and 'lalali' (hiphop unit). or you could react to SEVENTEEN GAME CATERERS which is a really good starter for getting to know them and their music + personalities! if you do game caterers please react by category, not episodes as uploaded. for reference: intoduction of the members eps 1-1, 1-2 1st game eps 1-3, 1-4 2nd game ep 2-1 3rd game 2-2, 3-1 4th game ep 3-2 thanks!

Jo_Jo

So basically, if i take your logic, then that like saying armies who attack people for not recongizing bts in games, then bts should be at fault, they should apologized for that.

Noori

Great video, and I loved all the commentary at the end. Also, I love when you guys relate your own life circumstances to them

Jo_Jo

It like talking to a wall?? i don't even know why I replied.

Elmo

@Dagny. No none of these examples were confirmed in the book. BTS did not give specific examples in the book. This video (and many of her videos) are rife with her personal interpolation. She has mentioned mult times that she doesn't give af about anyone but BTS, and her content shows that. She has no problem positioning others, especially other artists, within the framework of being "against" BTS, when BTS has been nothing but supporting of idols in the industry. I don't dislike Bora and enjoy a lot of her videos, but if there is something she can improve, it would be be her presenting her own assumptions and biases as if it's fact. Just bc you care a lot about someone, doesn't mean you have to be so callous towards others.

Elmo

@nelle OMG yes. You said it twice as better than me. EXACTLY.

Kioku

Probably the worst part about EXO fans is the fact that they seem to hate EXO. Like the members cannot do anything without their own fans hating and complaining.

Kioku

A lot of ARMYs seems to villainize other idols. Idols that BTS themselves get along with and are friends with. I've literally seen ARMYs who will even attack Epik High and Big Bang members even though BTS often mention them as part of their inspiration. And most of the hardships and discrimination BTS faced was from ppl who work behind the scenes in the industry. Producers and directors and staff behind the scenes of music and award shows. And ofc from some variety show hosts and comedians too.

Kioku

I haven't seen this video before; this was my first time. I just gotta say it's a little dramatized. And there are a lot of assumptions being made here and a few things taken out of context or edited to look worse than it was.

LilyLiv

We can agree to disagree ofc, I see what you mean as well: in my view, Boracity is still making a fair interpretation of events based on facts or publicly known events (whilst any video made by a person is an interpretation, the difference is if they are faithful to researched information that isn't contradictory to facts, and I find that Boracity maintains this sensibly whilst making her own analysis). About your point about BTS's stance, I find that your argument doesn't hold: regarding how the video 'frames' bts as having so much against them whilst they themselves support so many in the industry. To me that's not contradictory at all, it's the whole message: what bts and other artists are going against is a system. A system that doesn't want artists they can't benefit from or control, and therefore seemingly (and knowingly) tries to stunt outliers from growing. BTS (and other artists esp from small agencies) are going through these things in a way that can sometimes feel as tho 'everything' ( harmful industry practices) is against them, and bts wants to and has a many times transcended it, and wants to be able to help improve the industry (which they are currently doing with the grammy situation) to support people/ other artists within this system. Even those who have wronged them, for a fairer system. And in this video, it's specifically about shedding light on a system of injustice toward artists with little to no industry connections such as bts (which is why Boracity highlights how no other 2013 group survived, or how, and she specifies in her wording, "some would argue that confrontations started by way bigger artists/agencies" are what can sometimes lead to the disandment of certain smaller artists. So she does specify when she is interpreting /assuming based on circumstancial events, and it's to put emphasis on a wider issue. This is why the later section puts emphasis on the forgiveness bts has given, and how for example Bobby and RM seem to be on better terms. All in all, I understand that liking a channel comes down to personal preference, I also respect if you're not a fan, and I do agree that her phrasing can be improved, but I do think it's worth aknowledging that the channel remains genuinely insightful and gives well-researched informative takes on a consistent basis. Thank you for reading thus far, and appreciate the edits in your original comment, thank you for saying so (sorry it's a bit long, and have a lovely day/night depending on where you're at ^^)

Noha⁷

Me not liking suho has nothing to do with bts btw. Not everything i do or opinion i have kpop related has to do with bts. You’re making a lot of assumptions rn

p3ach

My 2 cents on the original video may be controversial but I'm gunna just go ahead lol. I've never seen this video before and I do agree on the general message however it is very biased. I'm a big ARMY, I've seen them live before and going to their LA show so don't come at me for being a hater 😅 Yes, there is a lot of truth on what boracity said about the disrespect BTS received and the fear from other celebs etc when they get involved with them in some way. BUT that fear stems from the toxic fans that go on witch hunts about things that can be so trivial. Like of course people will be afraid! I also didnt like calling out other certain groups (some may be warranted yes) but some thing were dramatized and taken out of context, like what some other people here have said. I've been listening to kpop since I was 14 (32 now) so seeing how the fandom's power has evolved in such a toxic way destroying so many careers is really sad.. I dont appreciate crapping on other groups just to support their own stans and I'm sure many idols feel the same way. Like they've all gone through the grueling training just to fight tooth and nail to achieve their dreams. Every fandom has toxic people, and the bigger the fandom, naturally the more toxicity you'll see. 😔

Snooze

I hope that since bts has opted out of the awards and grammys keep iterating that this category was made to celebrate smaller regional artists then they do exactly that. I hope none of these popular k-pop groups or asian artists submit their work and take that opportunity away from a smaller artist. And secondly, I hope this category gets discontinued next year because it's very name is just stupid. You can't just box all these different cultures and music into one category of Asian pop. Especially when not all asian music is pop. And the criteria is also pretty ridiculous because it says the songs needs to have "meaningful use of an asian language". Some asian countries speak english as their primary language and make music in English too so artists from that country don't qualify for this category even though they're asian.

Talking about the hate bangchan, mingyu and winter got for being associated with jk feels like you're doing exactly what you're accusing boracity to be doing which is only presenting one side of the story. Jk has gotten just as much hate if not more for all of these matters. Posts about him had millions of views and hundreds of thousands of likes over the stupidest fucking reasons. It's not just armys who are toxic, all fandoms are. This video is not to discuss which fandom is worse, it's about bts's struggles. And I'll still stand by the fact that a lot of their struggles were from the industry itself and not the fans. After bts became successful and started surpassing popular groups, their fans started coming for bts. And you can't deny these struggles because there are literal proofs of it on the internet and bts talk about it themselves. And she isn't hating on bobby at all. She's just trying to explain the situation from the smaller groups' perspective. All she said about bobby was that what bobby did was lame.

StackingSpaghettiSauce

It was a long comment so I understand if you missed it but I literally said, “Other fandoms aren’t any better.”

Anya

Yes nelle! What an awesome week it would be to have music and fun content! Especially if we can go back to the beginning!

Sarah

Omg it would be so nice if you guys could do the suga interview show in this video. It’s called suchwita and all the members have been on it to talk abt their solo career you should definitely do their eps soon!!

Ana

Y’all need to stop acting like army just be coming for other idols or fandoms like other fandoms don’t make hate trains about BTS EVERYDAY. Especially Jimin. Other fandoms always got BTS name in their mouths. Especially when their groups are getting cancelled. It’s always what about BTS and blah blah. Even now every fandom is saying BTS boycotted Grammys because they can’t win one. Or especially when an idol does something racist other fandoms always say what about BTS?? I’ll be on tik tok and it will be nothing but live streams of other fandoms just hating on BTS instead of talking about or streaming their favs. This video isn’t biased other groups may not be the problem but their fandoms are. Jealous of BTS and want their group to have what BTS has. Army does not care about other groups are main focus is always BTS but don’t speak on BTS then play victim when army attacks back. And personally I don’t hate on any groups or idols because they are people and I honestly don’t care to worrying about them. But stop trying to make army the big bad wolf when other fandoms are definitely not innocent

Ana

Thank you Amisha. They keep trying to say army acts like victims while other fandoms are innocent. Like Jungkook didn’t get way more hate because those fandoms all teamed up drag him. That’s all these other fandoms team up and make hate trains on BTS. Main ones calling Suga DUI. And don’t even get me started with Jimin. Every fandom drags Jimin all day every day. Even wish SA on him constantly. Ironically that comes from mostly girl group stans. Girl group stans use SA to attack constantly ya know since most of them are men…. But apparently none of this hate for BTS exist and army are the only bullies in kpop. Like be fr

Ariane Guimarães

Suchwita is Suga show on YouTube, he interviews the members and obter celebrities. You guys should Put it on your polls, at least the episode with The BTS members

McKay Carter

I would totally watch the IU one

Sokha637

Well said 💯💯💯

Sokha637

i honestly think boracity are 200💯

020125

guys I really recommend you guys check out another boracity video essay on “why the music industry is terrified of bts” it pretty much shows what has been happening with the Grammys 💜

020125

also why are the comments saying stuff like army have victim mentality 😭. Boracity does bts videos she won’t sugarcoat stuff, did she lie?

Gabriela

we need more cortis next week pls 🙏

Nikita

I literally CANT WAIT for you guys to get to Suga's albums 😩

Angela González

I'd never seen these videos before, so it's great to be watching them for the first time with you all. I'd like you to react to a video called "The Band That Achieved the Impossible" by Farik Dieck, and also to the episodes with each of the BTS members on Suga's show, "Suchwita."

Angela González

While it's true that BTS forgave them, it's also true that they never returned to any show that treated them badly. That's why they rarely appear on Korean variety shows anymore. The same thing happened in the United States. The first time, they appeared on several shows, but it didn't go well, so they stopped going. The only show they return to is Jimmy Fallon's, as he's friends with the members. So, they forgive and simply leave, never going back to places where they're mistreated. Many of their songs contain criticism of the music industry and those who have disrespected them, and for all of that, their fandom will always defend them fiercely. And I think that makes more sense today than ever, given what happened with the GRAMMYs.

jemmy

Epik HIGH? since when has armys ever had beef with epik high? That's the only group Army fuck with in that industry. Also, armys don't owe big bang any reverence.

m_jk7

guys please watch ARE YOU SURE it's a travel show with jimin and jungkook

Sarah

You guys knowing dimash is a crossover I never expected but omg I love him sm

kimkimkoo

Ana

Gabriela

cortis dance practices next week PLEASE

Ana

So Suga and Jin has had their juniors a lot on their shows. And run Jin those juniors be bullying Jin it’s hilarious

Ana

Now imagine all this hate from their own industry and then add the government also hating them 😩😩 And some of these comments saying boracity or army have a victim mentality when everything in the video is facts and she left out so much. Like the literal Korean government hates BTS because of the power they had. They’re military service some of the members faced some of the government’s wrath. Jimin and Jungkook being placed on the border in the harshest camp. RM definitely had a hard time and he talked about it a few times of basically people trying to put him in his place. And Suga falling off a scooter got more hate than actual celebrities who were predators. Basically used as scapegoats for idols being excused from service when they never said they wanted to not go. Like BTS deals with so much bullshit it’s insane all they want to do is make music and perform yet the world blame them for every problem

Blueberry

The guy at 28:18 is the guy from seventeen killing voice that Carter kept on saying looked angry lol.

yoonii

Tiisetso Maduna

I think Canon had to be here for this particular episode to understand timeline and how much the rookie awards didn't change how much they still had to work hard because of all the odds against them .. I think it would help him understand that "started with nothing" didn't just rise to the top easily part of things 🫶 hope he does get a chance to watch it himself 🥺🫶

Snooze

No she didn't. Did she have posts with 100k likes talking about her sex life, calling her a sex maniac and saying that she has STDs? No right?

aiza

Omg guys, you definitely have to react to EXO 🙏🏻 in my opinion, they have like the closest to Dimash’s strong voice vocalist ever🙌🏻 please react to their killing voice and 2024 b-side medley

Leigh Sawyer

Kindness is a trait people never fail to undervalue.

Nanci

Guys, it was targeting. It is targeting. The powerful companies that are their competitors did not want them to succeed. They have their hands on every aspect of Korean entertainment. They either have contracts with, relationships with or are owed favors by all the hosts, venues, etc, and the networks and shows don't want to offend or alienate the big labels and lose access to all their artists. Those companies say "Crush BTS" and the entertainment industry says "Yes Sir!" That's in addition to the cultural aspects Boracity is talking about of class and age.
