I gave my mama a massage - she REALLY needed it and she doesn't come enough. Hopefully this will be the start of more massages for her.

It was transformative for her, literally. Her body holds onto so much - along with her knees (they bother her and past injuries) and an ongoing shoulder injury.

There's some conversation I left in here and there - but for the most part, my mom went to another world. It was amazing.

It has been SO hot here - 105 today 🥵. The AC unit in the studio really disrupts the massage sounds. But as you can see, I was still hot even with the AC on the coldest setting 😅. So alas...I had to use it, I apologize. A little white noise, right? hehe
