I think Pepper is definitely missed when she's not in my videos 😅 - so here is the rest of a session from a few months back (which I'd only posted a segment of). She is such a character. But when it's time to relax she does not miss and understands the assignment...chill mode activates right away😴.

It was a fun flow ✨

At the end of the massage when my client's usually off in another land, sometimes I like to play around a little bit with the energy and see if I can perform magic 😂🪄🧚🏻

On another note - I think I need a dopamine detox. I'm craving a silent retreat or something. Time away from screens to come back to my baseline/myself. Which is not quite feasible, I'm not sure how I'd do it right now. I know it's possible without being somewhere designated, it's just nice to be in a different/new/calming space. Do you guys ever do a dopamine detox? Mine's long overdue right now 😮‍💨…

Hope you enjoy this session and you guys had a nice 4th :)

Thanks again for the detailed video. If I understand correctly what a dopamine detox is—I had to look it up 😉—then I do understand that. It is a shame, though, that we will have to miss your videos (and Pepper) for a while. I hope you can regain your focus and enjoyment soon, and that we can admire your amazing massage videos again. Wishing you all the best. Best regards

Nooo, I wouldn’t leave you guys 🥲 That’s what I mean, it’s not quite feasible 🥹 if anything, it’s a few days and no one would know 🫥

Okay... sincerely sorry if I misunderstood/misread it or still don't get what it really means. In any case, good luck with the dopamine detox and I hope it helps you. And I look forward to the next video, and I'll just see when that is 😉

When I took a week off of screens it was rejuvenating. My mood was more positive, I was happier and laughed more. I got back to the core of who I am. I loved the “quietness” of being in nature, reading, talking to myself and to God. Reconnecting with myself. I heard a quote I like, “Don’t set yourself on fire to keep others warm.” I often remind myself of that. Do what you need. You know your body and mind best. I (we) will still be here. When you know, you know. Quiet spaces are rare these days, but so necessary. ♥️ PS- I’m saving the video for bedtime this week.

Another successful session. Cute little Pepper! ☺️She does know when it’s time to relax. You were definitely in the flow- I notice it most when you work on the feet or head/neck. Watching your hands/fingers (slow and purposeful) or YOUR reaction (heavy eyes, satisfied smile, a deep cleansing breath) typically calms me. It starts or ends my day with an inner peace and calmness that’s hard to find in the world, but so needed. 🌎 Your hands and fingers are your magic wands. Great flow and thanks for posting.
