Bring the muscle of the ThunderCats to life with Panthro! Known for his mechanical genius, combat skills, and iconic nunchucks, this model captures Panthro in an action-ready battle stance. Complete with his signature spiked chest harness and martial arts weapons, this classic 80s icon is sure to stand out in any retro collection or 3D printing setup.

Dimensions:

At 100% scale, Panthro stands approximately 9.3 inches (237mm) tall. Scaling up should work fine, but scaling down may tighten tolerances and make the multi-color parts less detailed.

Colors Used:

Bambu Basic: Light Grey, Blue Grey, Cobalt Blue, Cyan, Red, Black, Orange

Bambu Matte: Dark Blue

Bambu Silk+: Silver

Print Profiles:

ou will find two versions of Panthro available to print: one with the nunchuck tucked under his right arm, and another with the nunchuck loose.

The right arm and chest are separate body parts and will need to be printed separately.

Two print profiles are included, one for Bambu printers and one for Snapmaker printers.

All multi-color parts shown in the photos were printed using the Snapmaker U1.

Below is a breakdown of the multi-color parts for a standard Bambu AMS system and the Snapmaker multi-tool changer.

Assembly Tips:

The spikes are labeled on the plate from 1–10. Use the reference images to match each spike with the corresponding hole on his straps.

Spikes 1–5 start at the bottom-right strap and continue around toward the back. Spikes 6–10 start at the bottom-left strap and continue around toward the back.

Because the straps curve around his body, the notch on the bottom of each spike will point in different directions as you move along the strap:

Front spikes: The notch points up.

Top spikes: The notch points toward the back.

Back spikes: The notch points down.

Use the notch to make sure each spike is oriented correctly and follows the curve of the straps.

Assembly Steps:

Choose which version you want to build: the nunchuck tucked under his arm or the loose nunchuck version.

Attach the feet to the legs.

Insert the logo into the belt before attaching the head to the body.

Build the left arm, then attach it to the body.

Build the right arm, then attach it to the body.

Attach the 10 spikes following the orientation guide above.

Attach the chain to the nunchuck caps first.

Attach the arms to both hands and position them according to the pose you want.

Insert one nunchuck into Panthro's right hand and glue the chain to the nunchuck.

For the second nunchuck, choose your preferred version:

Tucked version: Slide the nunchuck under his arm and attach the chain.

Loose version: Leave the nunchuck loose and attach it to the chain.

Your Panthro model is now complete!
