Greetings, wonderful patrons! I cannot thank you enough for all the help and kindness you've given me, especially lately. We had a massive house decluttering party on the 6th, which got rid of a shit-ton of stuff and gave me back my front room and kitchen, cleaned my bathroom, and got me a good mattress (mine was long dead). There is still so much to do -- go through clothing, reorganize the studio, empty and organize the middle bedroom, and I don't even want to talk about the shed... but it is SO much better than it was, by at least two orders of magnitude. It would not have been possible without Anne and about fifteen other friends, who basically came over, picked up my mobile home, and shook it out all over the lawn. Nor would it have been possible without you supporting me. Thank You.
I'm working on a few songs that I hope to have by the weekend, certainly by the 30th. In the meantime, I'm catching up on re-publishing some oldies. First, I have put Homecoming: MarCon 2005 and Live At GAFilk 2001 up on Bandcamp. Homecoming is pay-what-you-want, so you can go get that right now if it pleases you.
I also have those (along with For Your Confustication and Arrivederci 2020) up at Kunaki, so you can order one-off CDs for yourself. The link is: https://kunaki.com/accounting/RetailProductSaleLinks.ASP . (Hmmm. Apparently you have to have a free account. Let me look into this.)
Besides getting a few more things uploaded (and putting downloadable free versions for you at tomsmithonline.com, which is dormant but still there), what I really want to do is find my original files for The Last Hero On Earth and Plugged and remaster the darn things. I am a whole lot better at mixing and mastering than I was when they were made, and they deserve the sound I can give them now.
Oh, and, here's my favorite Thanksgiving song, just for fun. You likely have it somewhere, but it's nice to have it accessible.
I am so grateful to each and every one of you, and we'll be trying some new music and maybe even a video or two soon. May your holiday weekend be safe, happy, and filled with just enough tryptophan.
