In this clip, I’m climbing up into the trellis and harvesting English cucumbers the way we do it here at Bradwood Farm — checking the fruit, finding the right size, cutting cleanly, and trying not to miss the sneaky ones hiding up in the leaves.

Cucumbers can grow so fast once they get going, and if you skip a day, they’ll let you know. Staying on top of the harvest keeps the plants producing, keeps the fruit tender, and helps everything look beautiful for market.

These are the little greenhouse jobs that happen between the bigger YouTube videos — harvesting, checking, trimming, tying, and keeping the crop moving.
