Here’s a quick little Behind the Greenhouse Door moment from today. ❤️

The greenhouse was getting hot, so I harvested this mini bok choy fast and brought it straight into the headhouse where it’s nice and cool. That’s where I can slow down a little, clean it up, package it, and get it ready for sale.

These are the kinds of little farm jobs that don’t always make it into a full YouTube video, but they’re such a real part of what happens here every day — watching the temperature, moving quickly when the crop is ready, keeping the greens fresh, and getting everything market-ready while it still looks beautiful.

I love sharing these quick little behind-the-scenes clips with you because they show the real rhythm of the farm: grow it, harvest it, cool it down, package it up, and send it out the door.

Thanks for being here with me behind the scenes. I’ll keep bringing you more of these little farm-life moments as they happen. ❤️

Omg girl you grow the most beautiful stuff! I am working on setting up all my hydo stuff again since it is getting to hot to grow leaf lettuce outside for me. I am going to look back thru some old videos and check out your numbers for water. Thank you for sharing the beauty!
