Here we go -- the first release from Book 6. This does include the three sneak preview scenes you've already received, but the rest is new.

I was editing right up to the last minute, so if you notice any typos, please let me know. And as always, let me know if you have any other feedback.

I'm hoping to get the next release out at the end of November or early in December. As for an audiobook release, so far I don't know of a way to make that happen--I don't like automated readers, and I don't think I can afford a real person for the level of sales I'm likely to see. I'm not ruling it out, and if anyone has suggestions, I'm happy to listen.

Update on releases: For the past week, I've been dealing with a fairly severe flu. I think I may be on the back half now, but it's a very slow turnaround. I still can't sleep, swallow, or think, and this happened right in the middle of my writing cycle. The next batch of chapters definitely won't be out by the end of November. I'll aim for the first half of December, but I can't make any promises because I don't know when I'll be able to actually start writing again. I did do 500 words today, but that was more boredom than anything else--you can only stare blankly at youtube for so many days in a row before you need to try something else.

As of December 15th, I'm almost done with the first draft except for one short, optional scene. If I add enough words to the other scenes during the next three drafts, I can drop that scene. Otherwise, I'll figure out how to improve it enough to include it. Give me about a week for the Patreon release--so hopefully somewhere around December 22.

Ivy, question for you. I’m reading the whole thing from the beginning, again, and I was wondering about Treya. She’s godborn, and trueborn, inheriting some of the god’s powers as blessings, but were hints ever dropped about *which* god she was descended from? Her not knowing which temple she belongs in is a continuing plot line, but I wasn’t sure if I had missed any hints along the way.

She is Arodisis's daughter, though that isn't said outright in the books. You have to compare the events mentioned in Arodisis's prologue in Book 3 to what we know about Treya's history to connect the pieces together.
