My current pace is three months between releases, so I'm targeting late March for the next batch. But I only charge patrons for months where I release chapters, so you won't see a charge from me for other months. Regarding issues, really the only issue is that the story has gotten very complicated to write while keeping (approximately) fourteen sub-plots all in sync. I'm going to have to re-release chapter 3 already, because I need to add a scene that has to occur prior to the chapters I'm working on now.
