Four new pages today. I just couldn't bring myself to stagger this any further.

Many assume the Etalarche curse inspires only physical responses. It makes someone want to kill you. But it actually makes it more important that they hurt you. And we all know words hurt much more than swords.

The question we're left with - and that Roger in particular is left with - is was this final rush of words as flailing and blind and puppeted as that final choking pair of hands?

Roger will never know. But the damage is done, and everything is poisoned.
