Nice to see that the Adeliers aren't completely deluded in regards to what the government might be capable of. Neither have ever believed that Alderode is a perfect state, they just believe it's the best they got.

Four more pages left. I'll probably do one on Monday and then the last three on Wednesday. I did a looooot of double and triple updates this chapter and I didn't make up for quite a few of them, so the buffer is pretty low. I was thinking of taking off until the end of January in order to build it back up. Does that sound okay? Everyone's usually busy with the holidays this time of year anyway, right?
