I like how Duane told a story that would usually get a laugh or snarky response out of Sette, didn't, and then redirected the conversation to something that she cares about rather than just keep going. I don't think he would have done that before now. Far as Christmas goes, I have two cats so the fighting will be to keep them out of the tree or, at the very, to not chew on the apparently delicious-to-felines light bulbs.

I've already celebrated my Christmas! My sister works Christmas day so she drove up from your neck of the woods earlier in the week and we had our Christmas dinner on Wednesday. I wouldn't say I fought her two dogs but they certainly caused a ruckus with my mom's new puppy. Merry Christmas Ashley!
