Woof, that nest panel took an age to do. Terribly convenient that Sette fell right into it and Duane missed, surely affording our heroine a few precious minutes to herself before he climbs up. Piss off, plot crows, we all see through you and your "coincidences."

I like how that one slugcat is way too cozy to be bothered with all that noise and splashing about.

Stillpoint

Her hand still has cuts. :( They look inflamed, sore, painful.

Cute new khert creatures - squgs? I guess these are positive memories that are not as lively as the squishes, but still not content to spend eternity as... sediment?

Mister Scarecrow

Dang ol' Railroad Birds! Get outta mah Khert, yah blasted plot convenience! I aint truck wi' any of your "Well actually insane coincidences occur all the time in real life and stories worth telling are obviously going to be built upon the contrivance of similarly absurd and unlikely circumstance, no one wants to be a mere observer to the painfully mundane!" Ye know I don't care for yer fancy book-talk ye winged rats!

"that nest panel took an age to do" Worth. :)

Noxae

The forests of trapped babies above the nest and the waterfalls and the khert-sky, aaaah. Beautiful. Also I'm so stressed for Sette!

I am sipping the art in this page like a rich chocolate milk~ I wonder how the Lady’s nest was built? Was a wandering root involved, or is it a more mundane collection of memory sticks (and now I’m imaging it being built from USBs, heh)

JustLetMeLive

they seem like the potential children the black tongues could've had were it not for their castration

Oh god, is Lady I trying to James-and-the-Giant-Peach her nest outta there?

Madison

Ohhh fun she’s gonna see Lady I’s photo album! All the memories from her trip!

CelebrenIthil

New type of Khert Guy just dropped! (Says me re: the squgs, and the squgs re: Duane)

GracieV

Beautiful page!!! I like squgs but my vote would go to Squotters (squish otters).

I thought Sette's dust cloud was a Lion face peeping over. Lions on the brain
