They don't say it directly, but they're shown to be very physically affectionate in a specific way. When they're first shown together Zoisite seeks comfort from Kunzite by resting against his lap, then they later sit very closely together (Zoisite holds Kunzite's wrist and his other hand is on Kunzite's thigh, while Kunzite has his arm around him) and Zoisite nuzzles Kunzite's hand against his own face. They just generally tend to have physical contact and be close in some way. When Kunzite calls a woman beautiful, Zoisite gets very jealous and Kunzite then tells him that jealousy doesn't suit his beautiful face, gives him a rose and assures him he is more beautiful. They then embrace in a way I can only call romantic. Zoisite also keeps looking at and talking to/about Kunzite VERY fondly and is willing to fight and die for Kunzite despite otherwise being a coward. He also has a photo of them together.
