This episode! This episode!!!! EEEEEEEE. Yeah this one, and *that* scene in particular where when I fell in love with this show. I haven't finished reading any of the light novels myself yet (they are difficult), but I've heard from people who have that the lady-in-waiting responsible here didn't return to working for Lihua. One of those where the punishments of this setting are so strict I'd prefer it stay that way, but oh well. Also on the ladies-in-waiting, they're not servants in the same way the girls like Xiaolan are. They tend to be daughters of noble families and such. So, little less Maomao getting along better with them, little more Maomao showing them how to hang up laundry to dry because these incompetents don't know how, were too proud to learn, but now too scared of Maomao to refuse her.

You know it's a great scene when there's really only one candidate for what scene you could possibly mean. 😁
