Hey Everyone, I said i would Eventually show off the Escape System a bit more in depth so here's a quick video of the Harness Escape minigame

For reference it's Still a work in progress, the Background hasn't been animated yet, there's no music track just generic ambience for testing purposes and a lot of the sprites haven't been finished for the other restraints yet so its mostly ropes at the moment but its all currently being worked on and i wanted to show off exactly how it worked

So Currently You might notice the Character Animations that play when your successfully escaping, these are tied to the specific restraint you are trying to remove, since in this example she is trying to remove her gag the animation plays a loop of her trying to shake it off her head, different animations play for different restraint groups

Regarding the Escape minigames, at the moment there are 4 (technically 6 but i'll get to that later) working minigames for Escaping from Bondage and it depends on the type of restraint currently active, the Categories are "Rope", "Harness", "Tape" and "Lock", so if you are trying to remove shibari its a Rope Minigame, if its Handcuffs its a Lock Minigame, this applies to all the restraints however there is also the DiD and "Distraction" minigames but i'll get onto those another time for now I'll show the harness Minigame

So the way it works for this minigame is the Progress bar will increase as the green Slider bar is positioned over the Blue Slider bar, if you misalign it then the harness bar tilts and the Reset bar begins to fill up instead, if you fill the progress bar the restraint is removed, fill the reset bar and the Minigame fails and the restraint becomes harder to remove

Speaking of there is another factor which is "Restrain Level" which is basically a dificulty level for the restraint itself, the higher the level the longer it will need to be positioned over the blue slider bar, but it will also dart around more and become more erratic,

There is also the "Restraint Group" which adds a Scaling factor, for example ankles, knees and Thighs are all part of the Leg restraint group, the more restraints on the group the harder it will be to remove the restraint, which is why it might be a good idea to "inspect" the restraints (if you aren't blindfolded, cant inspect anything if you cant see) to find the restraints with a lower Restraint Level, therefore the ones easier to remove and make the rest in the restraint group easier to remove

The Key to winning the Escape Game is to Remove your wrist bindings, now you might think why not start with those, however the Wrist bindings scale with their Restraint group as well as every other restraint currently active, so if you want to free yourself you need to figure out which restraints to remove in which order, theres TONNES more to talk about and help you free yourself, you might have noticed a move, inspect, speak and Use Item feature button (as well as a surrender button, im sure you can figure out what that does), i will talk about those another time there's just so much to cover and like i said it's a work in progress and there's a lot of placeholder stuff at the moment

Also, a Bonus for My Patrons and Supporters, I will be doing another video exclusive for you on the Rope Minigame, early Next Week, a big thank you to everyone and please feel free to check out my page whenever i Do a Developers Log Every Sunday, that's all for now
