yeah, the left to right makes it look like he's thinking it and then going "no! i cant!" Probably just an outline of one of the 2 guys who were saying it in the background would assist Otherwise i can see a lot of confused twitter comments

no biggie, i've seen authors use Patrons to get a reader POV to catch issues. I figure this'll stop the idiots who dont remember from spamming comments with "what? why is ray acting like this?" and then us spending our time explaining

Fair question. From #14, I can only infer that Ray was planning to ask Christina out before graduation. I'm not sure we ever got a real idea whether he got rejected or not but, judging by recent events, the lack of her future mention and lack of internal conflict with Ray (nevermind lack of mention of her name all this time while dealing with the new Luke), it's probably a fair assumption that he did get rejected...
