Ok, back on this lol. It's been a busy past few months so I had to pick and select. Good to see Cody back in this. Now I guess we gotta find out where he is lol.

Culper (Lukas)

You could tell that Cody was feeling guilty about a lot of his actions, including probably "killing" Obi-Wan. Two more points: 1st: I love seeing how Clones in leadership positions act like their Jedi Generals. Take Rex and Cody. Anakin was a guy who didn't always think authority was correct, whereas Obi-Wan was pretty much the exact opposite (at least until Episode 3). Rex and Cody were the very same way. Rex was able to keep his individuality for a few seconds before he tried to kill Ashoka. Cody did it immediately. Rex was very creative in his tactics during the war and Cody, as we see in this scene, is taking a more "Obi-Wan" approach to de-escalate; the negotiator. It's like Anakin and Obi-Wan were father figures to them. 2nd: We are definitely led to believe that Cody left on his own accord. However, Rampart said "AWOL" and not "Deserted", which are two different things (it is based on intent). So either they (creators of the show) just misused the word and he deserted, or Rampart is lying to Crosshair. Perhaps to punish him for the fact that the Bad Batch is alive.
