Sci-fi moodboard (Patreon)

Hello! So, as you can guess by the post title and the pictures, I needed a new challenge. This is the big project on which I'm working right now: a sci-fi roleplay. I've already been working on it since last month and this is just the beginning, there's so much to do!

I've never been a "sci-fi person" (can you imagine I never saw the Star Wars movies until a few days ago ?), but a few months ago I felt I would soon need something brand new to work on. The idea of a sci-fi RP, and all the possibilities and creativity that could go into it, slowly grew in my mind. Watching the movie "Dune" was also a revelation and a real catalyst, I found it so inspiring.Actually there will be several challenges here: as usual, I won't use a green screen and I will have to build my set. It's going to be so different from what I usually do since it's much easier to find antiques than to create futuristic props 😅The other one will be: how to turn a sci-fi RP into something cozy? Is it even possible? Well, I'll try. Anyway, this is also going to be a lot of fun 😁

For now I'm still gathering inspiration here and there (somewhere between space opera, cyberpunk and post-apocalyptic), and make lots of sketches to find the perfect costume design. I already have the main outline of the video & set but it will require a lot of work. It will probably feature a guest star's voice as well. The video is planned for end of June / beginning of July. Stay tuned! For those who don't like sci-fi, don't worry, it will probably be a one-of-a-kind on the channel 😃 Before that, there will be several "classic" videos and a quite experimental one!Movie pictures are from :- Star Wars (Millenium falcon interior)- Dune (2021)- Laboratory conditions (short film)- Tides (2021)- Star wars / the force awakens (costume)Fanarts found on pinterest.
